Criminal acts are criminal acts regardless of whether or not they are "official acts', on the outer boundary, or private acts. It is total nonsense to claim that official criminal acts are above the law and not subject to criminal prosecution due to immunity. Hitler's killing of millions of Jews were all official acts of the state leader/president. To argue they are immune because they are official acts is obviously absurd and total nonsense.
The 6 republicans on this SC are simply corrupt partisan hacks and unworthy of even being called SC justices. They will certainly go down in history as some of the worst SC justices ever. Not to mention the fact that every single on of them lied at their confirmation hearings and perjured themselves. Not to mention the fact that Clarence Thomas is himself an outright criminal having accepted over 4 million in bribes and gifts during his tenure. These 6 republican SC justices are a disgrace to legal and judicial profession.

Well, he hasn't tried to overthrow the government, at least yet, so I'd say pretty good in comparison to his competition.
Bad, as the dissents show. But... it does remand to the lower court on the issue of what is an official act and what is not. That might save it. A lower court might say it is not an official act, then it goes back again to the Supremes, who might sustain it. What do you think?
