Life itself is full of contradiction.
@@TG-wo5fk correct , and from profound experiences I realize that there is a purpose for visualization.
The way is to visualize a spiral shape with a color of choice / symbolic meaning. Visualize it until you see it open and closed eye. Then it takes a life of its own and rotates without your effort.
As it rotates, the mandala produces flashing lights. Usually the color of choice. It's a way to control the daydreaming mind and make use of it.
As it rotates and flashes light into your mind, it dissolves all impurities.
You will find yourself filled with life. Go deep into the experience and don't get hung up on results or effects.
If you can rest within the color spiral for 15 min uninterrupted, magical feats are possible when your mind holds no expectations of result, only limitless awareness with the aid of visualization.
I've produced insects and made shapes on paper, the mind when not hung up on petty emotions is a deep and powerful tool. Don't deny the imagination, use it or lose it, allow yourself to scry imagery from the color wheel !
This is a direct way to divine knowledge
