- Why do we experience so much conflict in our relationships? Why do we struggle to forgive others, and how do we respond if people refuse to forgive us? In this episode of Window13, Paul David Tripp reveals the source of relational conflict and points us to the only place where hope can be found.
Blessed by this!
. You concentrate enormous truths into 6 minutes of conversation and I say thank you Lord for your gifted teacher!
Really needed to hear this in a difficult time. Thank you so much! All honour and praise to God for giving you His wisdom. ;)
THANK-YOU! I'm so thankful for your ministry of reminding me how the Gospel applies to my everyday life, especially to conflicts in relationships.
Thank you so much for everything you share. The wisdom and the truth is so necessary. I read your book a few years ago during really painful season of my life where k wasn’t sure why so much relational conflict was going on. It makes more sense now and I’m just so grateful for the spirits guidance and how he has used you to confirm biblical truths
Well done Dr.Tripp. bravissimo!
This is so inspiring and empowering. Thank you for this wisdom. Even if we strip back to the terminology of the religious framework it remains true.
Grace drives everything. It's right here but we ignore it at our peril because of the lack of forgiveness. Injustice can be such a tricky subject because it can fuel self righteousness.
Love Paul Tripp. Dangerous Calling WRECKED me.
Is that a book?
Had our first group on;What did you Expect? Awesome pastor.
We do not have spiritual batteries from any one but Christ. Yet bitterness expressed towards us. . . Perhaps exploring the psychological impact if that would be beneficial. Our vertical experience in Psalm 51 points us towards the source of grace. Yet Bathsheba may have needed help forgiving David for raping her.
Sound wisdom! God bless you pastor
Wow he's good... nails it so well how did he ever see this?
Was def. needed.
This is good!
Sin is socially passed along as well, especially in today's sinful culture. And so if you're trying to live outward, while upward, then you have to be vigilant in your living so that you may not unintentionally become a contributor or overlooker of sin. The dark doesn't like the light and so we must be careful to not let our lights dim. It's nice to want to be passive, but it's dangerous if we become so passive that we are no longer offended or disgusted with sin. The Gospel isn't meant to be a band-aid, but it's meant to be lived.
I just want RUclips to suggest a video about conflict resolution, that doesn't require me to believe in magic.
Are you in an abusive relationship? If so, you need concrete steps to understand and combat power, control and entitlement. These little snippets won't help. Lots of resources available!
Sin is simply falling short of the Towrah of Yahowah. Towrah is not a bunch of laws, the word Towrah is from Yarah which means to teach, instruct, and guide.
A sinner is in effect one who becomes self reliant and ignores Yahowah's instructions. Ignoring Yahowah's instructions leads to the destruction of the body and most certainly the soul.
Sadly Christians ignore every word that comes from the mouth of the one they call the messiah and instead cling to all said by one man who called himself Paulos. Yahowsha (errantly called Jesus) was clear he did not come to annul the slightest part of a letter or word in the Towrah but to fulfill the promises there in. The Towrah and Prophets have clearly not been fulfilled completely as when they are so the heavens and earth will pass away.
Two facts remain no Christian has ever or will ever be counted among those saved in that they ignore Yahowah's instructions, two Yahowah has not heard a single prayer from any Christian and never will. That is unless you think Yahowah a liar?
Yahowsha taught only that what emanated from Yahowah say as much to satan "Man does not live by bread alone buy by ever word that comes from the Father." Every word that comes from the Father does so from His Towrah.
Proverbs 28:9 If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction, even their prayers are detestable.
Paulos was not authorized to provide a gospel that conflicts with Yahowah's Towrah or any other of His inspired utterances.
I sotac Paul NEVER contradicted the Scriptures. The fulfillment of the Torah is love for God, and love for others (if you truly love someone you won't covet their goods, steal, murder, lie, and you'd love God with all of your heart.
We are saved by faith thru grace, and not of works least anyone should boast. Christ Jesus was the only one who could ever fulfill the laws requirements. Christ being the one to end the curse of sin, was prophesied in Genesis by God Himself, and all throughout the OT.
Why should we listen to this guy. The Bible is clear. I think Tripp is self-centered.
please explain
Then why are you listening?🤷🏻♂️
