I’m not scared of rollercoasters or heights at all but Weirdly enough , this is the scariest ride at the park to me , only having the lap bar is terrifying when you get almost fully vertical

Horizontal? Vertical would be upside down. Legit question lol scared to death of Finnigans flyinger here at Bush gardens Williamsburg, but I'll ride Any coaster in the park. It just freaks me out lol

By vertical I mean you face straight down at the ground
Do you think he uses a special contraption to hold the camera to in his hand so it won't fall off? I couldn't see the theme parks being OK with someone holding a camera they could potentially slip out of your hands and hit someone in the face behind you. A theme park is too afraid of getting sued and that would potentially get them sued so they'd probably not allow this without an approved wrist holder or something?

As a CP native, we’ve got the Skyhawk and that’s absolutely one of the most thrilling rides in the entire park. Unfortunately, half of it is typically closed down for some reason. 😢

I don’t even blame her man, those giant swings are terrifying. Skyhawk is literally the only ride I’m kind of scared of at cedar point even though I’ve been on it plenty of times.
That was hilarious. I couldn’t stop laughing. Oh my god. I almost died laughing. Jesus Christ I’ve never seen something so funny in my life.

My son and I missed out on finnegans flyer when we were at BGW last year but we got to ride this one a few times a few days ago and absolutely loved it. We’d never been on a swing ride before. Great addition to this park

For those wondering, Serengeti Flyer is 32 feet taller than Skyhawk at Cedar Point.
I've ridden Skyhawk a few times at CP. The first time totally caught me off guard and I let loose a couple of swear words!😂😂😂
It's like a pirate ship ride. Except every seat is both the front AND the back row.

I was there last week on my Spring Break and the park was packed. Cheetah Hunt had a 3 hour wait, even the Quick Queue line took 45 minutes. As much as I love BGT the operations are abysmal. Hope they can get more staff ASAP. Even the restaurants were horribly backed up, some people in my group waited an hour to get their food from the mobile order pick up line, and it was cold by the time they got it.
i had a similar experience a few days ago (it was a wednesday in march) and yea i reeeaaally wish the ops were better here. it’s very hit or miss when it comes to crowds here for whatever reason
This is my home park and I avoid it in the spring for these very reasons.

I rode this on Friday the 17th and it was so fun and I think one of the best rides at Busch gardens and since this is my home park I go here a lot.

Montu was also a complete walk on when I went but I went on spring brake on an absolutely beautiful day. But Cheeta Hunt also had an hour and a half wait. And Iron Gwazi was a 2 hour wait.

The only one of these I’ve ridden is Skyhawk at CP. It was a lot of fun but my dad was screaming his head off😂
My friend and I rode monty back row and it was so intense and fun we literally couldn’t walk after it it was so fun

When I got off I liked it for it’s hight and intensity but was nauseous and didn’t ride much the rest of the day
Are there any other Screamin Swings that have 2 different operating modes? Because Serengeti Flyer operates in mild mode from park opening to 1:15 and operates in wild mode from 1:15 till park close.
I hope I'm able to make it overseas one day to visit Florida and hopefully a lot more!

There are joyous screams when everyone is having fun. Then there are death screams which can ruin your enjoyment of the ride.

I'm relatively fearless about coasters but there are a lot of flats I won't do, and the big swings are among them. Is it rational? No, nothing about this is rational.

Haven't been on a ton of Inverts, but Montu is by far and away the most disappointing and boring of them all. No force, poor pacing, and just misses what all the other inverts I've been on have in terms of quality and fun. Loved Iron Gwazi, probably my 3rd favorite RMC! Stoked to go try the new screamin swing.
