I’d suggest you either skin cycle where you exfoliate 1-2 times a week in the evening and on those days you skip retinol application OR you can exfoliate 1-2 times a week in the morning and in the evening on the same day apply the retinol. Never apply together in the same routine. Skin cycle or apply at opposite times of the day (day or night). Don’t forget sunscreen! Hope this helps!
