I KNEW I had recognized her from somewhere.......in recent years she's been a regular panelist on VH1's "I Love The" decades series. That's where I recognized her from.
I find it odd that Cartoon Network, a CHILDREN'S network, had SO MANY commercials for shampoos, deoradants and other toiletries for ADULTS back then. At least that's what I'm seeing on my tapes. If I had not edited out the numerous repeats of some of these shampoo/deoradant commercials (the Pringles commercials popped up more than once too) then this video would've been much longer than 10 minutes.

I believe that's the late Robert Pastorelli. He did several other spots with the M&M's (check out how wonky the special effects were in those days!)
