I used to watch all of The PBA Tour shows as a kid back then. Always watching these guys to try and improve my game. Fun to see these again. I was a big fan of Pete Weber, Walter Ray Williams and Parker Bohn. I also enjoyed watching Marshall Holman just because he was so animated.
Say what you want to about Marshall Holman. Like or dislike, he is a 22 time champion PROFESSIONAL BOWLER & PBA HALL OF FAMER with flair & moxy with that GENUINE PERSONALITY. Arguably, the best 22 time titlist ever because he finished second so many times. Very well liked among almost all of his peers to the point where some of them referred to him as "magnificent Marshall". He definitely earned that praise. Did anyone see the post championship telecast interview where he thanked the PBA for allowing him to make a living on the tour? Marshall is actually a very nice human being off the lanes.

It's too bad that this video cut off the presentation of Randy Pedersen getting the trophy. I was really hoping that I could watch that. 😔
