The Glass-Walkers and the Bone Gnawers are definitely my two favorites, mainly because they seem to have an effect on larger sources of corruption, that and guns.
Nice, I have a glass-walker named "Spider-Byte" that does some of the things here mentioned, Rides the net and assassinates key Pentex employees, steals money, blew up some buildings ect
wait... is that a Malkavian antitribu pin? are you sure all this is not just things happening in your head? I mean come on... computers with spirits...
Just found these videos. Love them. One of my fondest memories is running a corporate take over meeting between a Pentex Subsidiary and a pack of Glass Walkers trying to buy out a corporation that owned the rights to an affordable electric car alternative. One of the more intense gaming sessions that made me fall in love with Werewolf. Great videos.
The more I think about it, corporate Glass Walkers are the only win-scenario. I only got into W:tA recently and I feel like I'm playing a board game with pieces from an entirely different board game.
True story: There are now electronically controlled military drones that fly too high to be seen/heard and armed with bunker busters. Result: the Glass Walker's threat level just went waaaay past the red. Um... can we get some more colors added to the threat level chart??
To me Glass Walkers are a fascinating tribe, always on the edge. The fact that the Cyber Dogs faction most likely fell to the Weaver is very interesting and I always found hilarious how they are the first obliterated tribe during the Weaver apocalypse scenario. Like, instead of villains, they're just pawns playing with things that are way over their heads.
Agreed. As most nice districts that have Pentex or one of their subsidiaries become a major presence there go from nice districts to districts that seem like hell on earth aka districts with high crime rates, drug-lords and various corrupt scumbags in high places of power, extremists on both sides of the political spectrum, serial killers aka true human monsters get to run free hurting, killing, and basically enslave innocent people and get away with it knowing that Pentex and it's subsidiaries will ensure they won't get the punishments they deserve.
Oh hey it's glass walker 1394 here just thought I come by and say great video. Oh and thanks for telling me and by extension the other glass walker what your planing bye. Ps. I got the evil spirits out of your video.
Just a suggestion, I've heard of tales of Tremere younglings that have developed a school of Thaumaturgy that lords it's power over this eras crutch of technology. Would it be a cost effective strategy to suss out one of these welps and "recruit" it and see what manner of justice could be wrought on these roaches?
Assuming you could get one to work for Pentex under a Sabbat Malkavian antitribu . Assuming you could find one neither blood bonded to the Elders nor opposed to the Sabbat in general.
Path of Technomancy's strongest abilities are about as powerful as mid-dier techno-gifts of GW. Tremere technomancers would be crushed by Walker Theurges. Assuming you can get them under control, as Tremere clan in EXTREMELY possessive of its members and tend to go ballistic when someone else tries to control them.
I've been watching all your video's, great fun by the way, and keep noticing the Malkavian pin (antitribu?). Are you playing the part of the alleged Malkavian board member mentioned in one of the Book of the Wyrm verions? I have to know!
So a glass walker takes a normal pair of sunglasses and with help of some spirit turns them into a pair of binoculars/nightvison glasses no big deal right?
That's a very high level Gift, and using it without good reasons is considered grave sin, as it mutilates item's spirit or even kills it. But it is possible. Glass Walker temporarily turning HIS OWN EYES into night vision googles or x-ray vision is actually much easier and not as morally dubious. At least then other tribes don't see it.
The Subdivision Director of Process and Integration (PID), Jan Robertson, is a former member of the Technocratic Syndicate. When he took his position he had to retire, knowing full well that an association like his would be dealt with swiftly and harshly by the Technocratic Union.
Fascinating. I looked up Glass Walkers on the White Wolf Wikia (and while I don't like wikis, this is fiction and can only hope it's reliable) and I'm interested in reading more about this tribe, and possibly the others, during the Renaissance. The Tetrasomians sound like fun. I'm curious, how much info can be found for this period? A fair amount to work with? Also, is alchemy well explained for WoD? Anyones answer is welcome! Thanks.
in my research on the changing breeds when it comes to Glass Walkers history back when they were called Wardens of Men. This is also where the Bone Gnawers stem from. Its also because of this divide, its causes a lot of strife between the two tribes. Pentex could you this from time to time.
Pray tell brother, you say you have travelled to Malfeas? Are you a follower of the Path of Evil Revelations perchance? Beware the Inquisition if so, Brother...
Spirits in tech? Oh dear! Is that really in the books? Once I read about this in detail I'll have to tell my logical side to shut the frack up! And damn, I'll have to continue these some other day when I can turn up the volume. These are blasphemy in this house. Don't want to get caught sinning and all... If only my headphones weren't broken. :-( Be back in a day or two. Was enjoying this! >D
Oh yeah, it's in the books, every aspect of technology has a spiritual representation in the Umbra, there is even several totems owing to the modernization of humanity. Hello 'Al'mighty Dolla'
I have to give the Glass Walkers some credit. If there were any group that could stand up to my Clan, hacking-wise, it would be them. I've had the opportunity to look over the laptop that one didn't need anymore, so to speak, and it's very impressive work. Still, dogs are made to be put down, and nothing can stand in the path of the Sword of Caine.
Ahh cool, thanks. Thought it was following alphabetical order, but it seems the Get of Fenris were off testing each others' strength and didn't get the memo ^_~

Lol! Pentex a noble corporation. Thats the best joke you told all day!

An excellent treatment for my favorite Tribe. Thank you!

It's what Gaia would want.

I wonder if any mages sit on the Pentex board.

Are you playing a Malkavian? I just caught the pin you were wearing
anyone have any tips for finding a Werewolf: The Apocalypse group? I feel like I've really missed out by not joining..
tread lightly when dealing with Glass Walkers.... and Pentex forgot all about the Cyber Dogs. tis tis.
No no, I know them - I just chose to avoid them ;)
smart man,

Sir, you look somewhat exhausted. Have you been resisting the Daysleep again?
Make up, dear boy! Black make up.
