And undyne turned the entire underground to murderers. If the food is all eaten, then the underground would basically go insane from hunger. I don't they would die but they would have to endure hunger for a long time. Idk about sans having his head cracked open but i'd take a guess on papyrus. His teeth would overgrow and he cannot eat except spaghetti which is not much to chew on. Like a rabbit, without hard foods, teeth would overgrow.
