Learning from your mistakes: Cutting out a design on Atomstack A5 Pro - For @ludovichandschutter9028

I recently purchased an Atmostack A5 Pro laser cutter, eager to launch myself into the exciting world of DIY creation. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration during my first attempt to cut out a royalty-free design purchased on TEMU.
Despite having scrupulously followed the instructions, the result did not live up to my expectations. The cutting was imprecise, the contours were blurred and some details had disappeared. Disappointed, but determined not to give up, I analyzed my mistakes and did extensive research.
I discovered that I had overlooked one crucial element: the file format. The design was saved in JPEG format, which is not optimal for laser cutting. Indeed, JPEG can cause a loss of detail and pixelation, which explains the imperfections in my result.
I then converted the file to SVG, a vector format that perfectly preserves the outlines and details of the drawing. This time, the cutting was impeccable! I learned a valuable lesson that day: the importance of preparation and using the right tools to achieve optimal results.
This experience showed me that mistakes are an integral part of the learning process. By analyzing them and learning from them, we progress and improve. The Atmostack A5 Pro is a great tool, but you have to use it wisely to fully exploit its potential.
So, don't be afraid to make mistakes! It is by overcoming them that you will become a laser cutting expert and create magnificent creations.

bonjour André si je peut te donner un petit conseil la plaquette de réglage de hauteur est prévu pour avoir un faisceau laser optimal (le plus fin possible) si tu laisse plus de hauteur le faisceau laser brule plus large!! regarde sur laser grbl tu peut faire une grille de test pour la gravure et pour la découpe que tu conserve comme sa tu a une grille repaire pour tes projet
