He speaks facts. I was going to buy a troy bilt super bronco but instead just ordered 4 of these at 199 each from home depot instead. Plenty of redundancy.
This model was not the one on sale, the bigger one with swinging handle and multi speed gearbox was the sale item. Got one on the way. Local homer store wouldn't sell me the one in stock, had to order. 2 weeks out.
Thanks for the review. I don't have it put together yet as it just arrived today. That will be my project for tomorrow and maybe I can get it up and running. Again, thanks
Do the directional levers control the direction (forward or reverse rotation) of the drive WHEELS, or the direction of the TINES? I watched your videos (excellent overall, btw) several times to try to see which lever you were using but your hands and the handle levers are just off of the screen and you didn't articulate specifically. However, at 03:31, it appears the tines change rotational directions. I ask because, in my research of the reviews, one of the biggest complaints is the tines turn the same direction as the drive wheels and those owners are downgrading the tiller because it, "pull too fast" and a becomes uncontrollable.
Thanks for a great review. I own a Massey GC1723 and I have a roto tiller for it, but I was looking for a smaller gas-powered tiller for my raised bed vegetable garden, which the tractor is too big to till. The model you bought is the one I was looking at, but they are currently out of stock at Home Depot.
Hi, At the front of the Legend Force Rear Tiller there is a long spring that is wrapped around a metal cable. The spring in my tiller came undone. Where does it connect to? Could you send me a picture of the spring and where it connects at both ends please?
I wish you didn’t play music while you’re tiling because another guy played a video and it squealed a lot. Did yours squeal a lot while you were tiling? I wish you didn’t play music while you’re because another guys video the Tiller squealed a high-pitched sound the whole time. Did yours squeal at all?
Great video- thanks for sharing
That exact model just went on sale for $199.00…if you take your receipt back, you can get part of your money back through their price match.
Yup that got me here... Going to get one

Have you been able to find a furrower/hiller for this tiller?

Amazing that the tiller is now $750. But I have used a tiller similar to that and this review is not reality.
