Great driving, I have been having heaps of fun with these cars lately (as well as others). They are so well behaved that close racing is almost inevitable. Hope ISI keeps implementing their new tire model like this car, RF2 might actually become popular.
+Glen 0 Thanks! yep let's hope that RF2 has the success it deserves. I believe that another problem is the structure of the multiplayer, which obstructs a little the user who wants to make a simple quick race (it forces you to download many tracks just to enter in a server for a race).
+baronesbc Yes it would be nice to see how much content download is required in a filter so your not stuck downloading huge unnecessary components just to race one track. Server admins are to blame for requiring whole series of tracks just for an open practice session at one track. Having said that I'm using the inbuilt down loader to take advantage of the payware bug to check out some content I've been looking at.
Hi, I am getting a little annoyed with all the bugs / glitches in Project Cars. Which of Assetto Corsa, RaceRoom, and RFactor2 would you suggest as an alternative considering modding, graphics, sound and of course driving experience? Thank you
+Henrik Lauridsen well Pcars returns to the player a complete experience, because it has everything (good physics, dynamic weather, day / night cycle, a decent AI etc), but it does not excel in any field in my opinion. The other games are not as complete (rF2 a part), but they are in some aspects very nice. let's see. RF2 is the sim with the most complex physics engine. it calculates a lot of things in real time, and as pCars also has many features (dynamic weather, cycle day / night, in more real road in real time), but with the rain there are still problems with some cars (too little grip). it has not so much contents (cars and track), you can see everything in the official forum and try the demo if you want: rfactor.net/web/rf2/rf2dl/ . Some cars are really good and natural to drive, other I do not like, I find them with little rear grip. the AI is the best around, you can simulate a race weekend complete of everything (very realistic), and it is open to modding. the online is not very popular for who is looking for a quick race for how it is structured also, but there are the private leagues. Assetto Corsa, as driving experience, especially with the road car, is the best imho (driving feel and ffb). but it has some lack at the moment. missing several features (dynamic weather, day / night cycle), the AI is not that good, and missing too many details in the race weekend that help to immerse the player (specialmente offline). online there is always movment and you may find interesting races, also with correct people. It is open to modding, and there is already so much stuff (tracks, cars, and very useful applications). Raceroom, it is quite good too, great physics and good ffb (a bit complicated to fix), excellent AI, great content (car packages and tracks). it has some lack (day / night cycle, weather variable), and lack of such statistics after the race. The real problem imho, is the method of payment. Unlike other games, you pay for any content that you wish to have game.raceroom.com/it/store/. however, it gives you the chance to try each car for free, so as to decide if you want to buy it or not. Online there is a bit of movement, and various private leagues are starting. it is closed to modding. I counsel you to also try Game Stock Car, you can try the demo if I'm not mistaken.
+Henrik Lauridsen Have a go at the current Demo of RF2, I've just recently reinstalled it after a couple of years and am pleasantly surprised at how good some of the cars feel now. Don't expect much online activity compared to pcars but AI is a lot better. Pcars has plenty of drop in races online which it excels at but the driving experience has started to feel a bit bland.

Raceroom will quickly get really expensive. I just saw that there is a new patch for Project Cars. I hope they have fixed some of the bugs. Especially the sound bug on opponents cars in MultiPlayer.
