great review, paul. i keep thinking about grabbing one of the isa428 units so i had 4 more preamps and could run 4 of my outboard preamps and have 8 extra inputs into my apollo.
WOW! Well done guys! Thank you for this review and demo. After many many years I'm looking to get a ISA two and try it out (I currently have a apogee element 88) what converters were you going into?
@@RecordingMag First of all I'm so glad you made this video, I also liked the 2 videos with the TG microphone, and thanks to these ones I bought the Mic :))) I didn't know that the MarkII version had an upgraded power supply. Also I never thought of the channel inserts. Also the analog outputs uses as insert sends connected to eqs and compressors. But I don't understand how this works; in fact I bought the ISA828MKII along with the RED 16Line because I liked it, but I just tried it a few times with the TG mic, it never gone further than that. Your video make me want to digg a bit more. Thanks a lot and please do more videos like that.
Awesome content! Just sub’d I used to buy these magazines back in the day. Glad to see Recording is still around 👍🏻

Too bad people won't explain how to route this stuff correctly.
Edit: guess I should have watched the video before commenting.
