16 Personalities Firing Someone

- What's worse than being fired? Probably having to fire someone... unless you think it's fun like some of the personalities in this video haha.
This video is more about how each type has to fire someone for the simple reason of downsizing or other company-like, business reasons, and how that would be difficult to do because the employee is probably a good one. It's not so much that they are having to fire someone based on performance reasons or whatever, which probably wouldn't be as hard to do lol.
Anyway, as always, hope you like it!

lol
That's awesome.
ENTP one is legendary. "I see a bright future for this company and you're not in it." Absolutely brilliant! An entp approves.
I would have gone with "It's your lucky day! You get to open your experiences to new job opportunities!"
@@Mini-Toast_ ahahahahahah accurated
@@Mini-Toast_ so demon lol 😂
@@Mini-Toast_ optimism. At its finest
I would be like: "I have a vision for this company, and you ruin it. Ok bye".😂 He just got it so right for me as an ENTP
I've never been fired so many times in such a short amount of time
INFP: so... have you ever had a lifelong dream?
employee: i've wanted to work for this company since I first heard about it. i love it... it's like my dream job...
INFP: oh... well.... what about.... a dream that involved... not this company?
As an INFP this sounds like something I would say haha
Soooo true!!!!!!
This!!
"So, you're firing me?"
INFP: "I don't know?"
@@demijamesly3284 Oof, I felt that BIG MOOD. Like... I'm just doing what I was told and second guessing myself like 85 times because what if I MISUNDERSTOOD?!
Legend has it that to this day the INTP is still talking about cars
The coldest: ENTP, INTP, ENTJ, INTJ
Yep that’s us lol
MultiSlayer Yess indeed
Actually the king of the coldest ones was the ISTJ, they're brutal xD.
What about ESTP?
😁
INFJ is 100% me omg. I'd rather sabotage myself than hurt someone else's feelings
So many times over
A million times over. Give me the sword. I'll glad fall on it for you
sooo cute
This why I sorta hate when they have those tables set up for whatever charity outside the doors of Walmart and I have to go by them to get some things. When I come out and they ask me if I want something like girl scout cookies, it actually pains me to reject them. So I just go ahead and buy. XD
As an INFJ, I appreciate the willingness of one to sacrifice themselves for the benefit of another individual. But, if an INFJ was to be appointed manager of a company, I feel the INFJ would give high regard to the efficiency of the business as much as the contentment of their peers. If a person is going to be fired, an INFJ will make sure it is for a good reason; an act for the greater good. Sabotaging one's self, and potentially the company, would be such a counterproductive and chaotic decision that it would be an implausible solution an INFJ would make even by accident. Naturally, the video is mainly for humor and should not be taken this seriously, so I'm going to go vanish in a corner somewhere now.
"The door's right there, don't let it hit you where the good Lord split you" -Bogdan Yakubets 2019
When you're so early no ones posted a time stamp yet
0:00 the vid starts:)
Lol
Time stamp is unnecessary for MBTI nerds. We will gonna watch all the 16 types anyway.
Isfj is the most lovely practical way to fire someone.
Mirjeta gjika roundabout time costly to fire someone lol
I’m ISFJ, and that is exactly how I’d do it 😌
as an isfp i agreed!
@@happyliberia3110 I said what I would do before (write a list to help them) and was so shool when he said it

Magical Mahnoor I was just thinking it does not sound like us... if we were firing someone, most likely that person has been a dick, so good riddance to them, now we can build a more fuzzy culture!
@@taekwondoista3697 Unless you have to fire someone because a superior gave you the order. In this case, the video is pretty accurate.
INFJ : This is so embarrassing, because it's true.😓
I was thinking why would an INFJ be a boss? Oh they hate their job and want to quit? Everything makes sense now. 😂
gremlins 347 😂😂
Sooo accuerate!! 🙈
I'm not sure if you're a true INFJ...INFJ's tend to be "cold" and see things in black and white. If we're pushed to do things like reprimand or fire someone it's a necessary evil that must be done to "keep the peace" or workplace properly functioning.
@@cookiecutie88'Necessary evil': been there done that. Did not like it though.
INTJ:" You all sensing normies need more intuition". Lmfao😂
Sensor actually means Stupid ahahahha I'm a comedic genius.

Oh lol. Carry on then.
The ENFP one is so accurate, we’d be so apologetic and probably start off with a story or quote to soften the blow. Or maybe even change our minds and rehire them in the process 😂 Love how the ESTP right after just goes “You’re fired” right off the bat lol
@@CrappleFartini he mostly is..all that spontaneity!
I agree, it's SUPER accurate, lol.
As an estp I can confirm that it is how it happens
For INFP I honestly was expecting someone else to be in the seat saying "Bogdan told me to fire you"
Ralegade lol YES HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
But wouldn't you know you'd feel awfully guilty about avoiding it, and then do it anyway? Responsibilities and doing the right thing man. :-)
@PrexorAMVs Man, it's so relatable, it hurts 😅😔. You know you have to be tough but you just don't feel good limiting anyone. On the other hand, it should work if it's for the others' safety and all and if it goes well with your own values.
INTJ here. That’s almost exactly what I sounded like when I first terminated someone. Also, I googled how to fire someone.
What INTJ would do anything without properly researching it first? 😁
Andrea Greenwood so true! I researched for a whole year before I turned my suv into a camper

I need to see MBTI types as lawyers someday pfff
I want to be a lawyer 😂
Okay so I am an INFJ, I wanted to be a lawyer when I was very young. But then... I was like, nah, I am not gonna do that. Those courts are filled with lies hahahahahaha
Can’t imagine what ENTP and INTP would be like xD
@Giovanni Mahoney I'm an ENFP training to be a lawyer, probably rarer v those types but it can happen
I want to see myself as a lawyer - ENTJ
INFJ made me laugh so much! Also ESFP being fired all the time 😂
The wheels are the customers that keep the company rolling forward.
As an INFJ, I loved the INFJ one, we peaceful people always trying to find a win-win situation 😂
I am also an INFJ and sometimes its like, I cant let go of things. I am thinking and trying to find a way out. Like I say: dont think in terms of restrictions, but think in terms of possibilities
INFJ just can say "NO" to someone. And trust me its too burdensome.
I feel like ESFPs are same when it comes to people pleasing
I'm kinda used to saying no tho, I've developed my Ti a lot and it's kind of easy to say it
hell yeah!
@@manager-nim2623I can say no, but I feel guilty every time
I have been in a lead position and have been firing people as INFJ. At that point in time I just put logic in front of feelings.
The isfp hit me right in the feels, I could actually feel the pain and know the whole thought process...
Haven't finished it yet but I hope the INTP is gonna say, "and you're like a nail pointing upwards on the road"
That'd be a devastating mental image for the receiver of that remark 😮😏
As an INTP when I fire someone I have to sike myself up and rehearse what I'm going to say beforehand. The awkwardness of firing someone is terrifying and I feel really bad for the person that I need to put in a bad situation.
That being said I use analogies all the time, and I need to finish the analogy even if my point has already been made.
ENFP: "Yeah, I went hunting once. Shot the deer in the leg. Had to kill it with a shovel, took about an hour. Why do you ask?"
Lol i love the office references
Can u spot the hidden reference in the video? I kinda disguised it a bit

Bogdan Yakubets was it the intuition thing intj said (michael says a similar line in the scott’s tots episode)
@@cutegirl-sz9kz Ahhh thank you, I had a feeling it was a Michael from the Office reference but I couldn't remember the details.
The whole time I was like, don't these people know they're getting fired? Then the INTJ one came on.
I'm an INFJ and oh god the accuracy 😂
Random but I love it when you make one personality goes on and on between other personalities, like INTP here haha it's so funny 😂
*Door is right there and dont let it hit you* - killed me XD
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍👍
Also ENTP: "It's your lucky day, you get to open your experiences to new job opportunities!"
We are plagued with possibilities.
ENTP: time for you to move on to bigger and better things, like spending more time with your family or something
I read this line with Saul Goodman's voice in my head
YES!!! It's a win-win situation! Now I can finally pursue my dream of philantrophy!!
INFJ firing themselves, AKA QUITTING. Done that🎉🌴🎠
Me, as an ISFP:
you-....i- yoUuUu??!--uhh....*gulps and exhales*..yOyUuUyuUu!!-
*total silence and akwardness*
*...*
i-im sorry ma'am/sir...but your-fired :'( *crys after*

“Don’t let it hit you where the good lord split you” 😂🤣😭😭
The ISFP was so spot on! The super awkward beginning because we feel awkward about the situation and then the sudden blurting out of what we need to say. 😂😂 Sadly.. This is so me. You should do 16 personalities quitting a job!! 😀
That would be absolutely me. As an ISFP, I generally feel bad for saying anything negative to anyone.
@@Sheamuscz To be honest, as an ISFP, I would just tell it like it is, & then say that I was told to do so politely.👌💯💯

INTP making a completely convoluted comparison that breaks down at the first sentence. thats a classic
I knew the ISFP one would be hilarious but nothing prepared me for this 1:57
Can I just say one thing. I really appreciate how you do ESTJ as a rational and responsible person and not like those stereotypes where ESTJ is always loud and bossy.
I literally thought of how I'd respond as an infj before I saw the infj portion and yeah, that was pretty much it.
Oh I forgot to do that!
ENTP!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Is this personality type so straight forward!!! Goodness!!! I’m very empathic in this specific type of situation, but Bogdan, with these videos, you just make my evil side smile!!!! 🤣 As always, great job!!!
ISFP here, absolutely how I've done it. Also, took forever before I was willing to fire people who absolutely needed to go.
"You and I are going to fight this."
So much Fe-Ni in that one sentence, I love it. :D
INFJ...you're a great person with lots of potential...see this as an oppertunity to move on to something greater...wish I could leave this company but they need me so I just have to hang in there 😬
INFJ: thinking that other people can't take care of themselves :D
Yes! And, most people really cannot, so "we" are not wrong.
I hadn't considered my actions leading to that train of thought for others. Thank you for your enlightening comment
infj here: i actually was in a job interview and, after they said yes, a girl came asking for the same job. So I quit... Is it weird?
@Cherry Muse or too stupid
@Cherry Muse OMG EXACTLY. I make my decisions based on what 'feels' right and I know I'll have no regrets because at least I won't feel guilty, u know? All my experience taught me that whenever I didn't follow my intuition I regreted it. LOL
OMG.. same, me and my friends has a job interview last week, and i got it but my friends don't, so I just quit. And he got the job, but he doesn't know I quit, so he never stop making fun of me for not getting the job, I feel so stupid for helping him......
😂😂
Reading this comment section as an INTP is honestly quite interesting. For the people that answered things like "it probably wouldn't go right for you anyways", etc. Don't you think that thought process could be your consciousness trying to justify the actions you feel guilty about (in this example, quitting a job so someone else gets it) because you are incapable of putting your needs before someone else's and that is berated and seen as a weakness in our current society? As in, the self-justification of your actions act like a smokescreen, hiding the fact that you are not 100% secure about such an important decision, because you either see yourself as weak, or everyone else does so in your place?
I dunno if I made myself clear, but could you please try to give your best answer?
Me: "I'm really not sure how I would tell som-"
ISTJ: "You're fired. Sorry."
Me : "Well, yeah, probably exactly that."
Get it over with quick and clean....then leave and have an internal debate as to whether anything could have been done differently....only to conclude that the fired person got off easy and should be thankful that my ability to reason overpowers my Machiavellian side more often than not.

This radiates the same energy as 16 Personalities Breaking Up With Someone.
I read once that Brad Pitt is an ISFP, and you totally acted like him here-especially the hand to the head gesture with the eyes going up and left-great job!
i'm an intp. the over explained analogy is definitely something i would use to lessen the blow 💀. i'm guessing it never really helps but i do it anyway..
I like the aestethic of the video. The white hsirt, the white background...
LOL I had to fire someone once. It went like: So, I've had to write you up several times for the same thing. Unfortunately, I can't keep doing that. And so I have to let you go.
Even though she was a habitual line stepper, who was 2 hours late daily, and never pulled her share of work, I felt like crap. She had kids.
I'm an INFP.
Wow! You really nailed the INFJ! Trying to come up with any possible solution to avoid firing someone, even if it meant giving them my job is definitely something I would consider.
I love your INFPs, ESFJs, INFJs, ENFJs, they make me laugh so much because I recognize myself and my family in them. Wonderful video, thank you.
Wow. I am an INFJ and I would completely rather quit my job than have to do this to someone. He nailed it lol 👏👏 .
oh boii the awkwardness+concern in isfp is so accurate
omg the infj is spot on, I have an infj friend and wow that would so be them
As an INFJ, I quit my job before they fired me! lol I hated the job anyways and did much better afterward leaving this mundane job. Authenticity matters to us INFJ, or to most people in general.
INFJ's Whyyy are we like this!!!!???
It's so weird to see something I would 100% do, I don't know what to think about myself lol 😅😝
(Took me 30min to write this imagine that!!)
I’m an ISFJ and this is really accurate!😊
The kindest one imo. ISFJ are really the best ! (Entp here)
I love that "You're fired, Im sorry" from ISTJ lol
the entp one definitely sounds like something I would say, another entp approves
hahaha, the INFJ, I find that so true for me. I am like, yeah sure, if you want it, you can have it. But I have to point out that I also would probably screen the person to see if the person actually fits that role. Id probably be like: "yeah, I think this is the right moment for me to go and pursue my dream to be a professional coach and help people" I really liked this one haha !
I love INTJ and INFJ my wife is INFJ and I"m INTJ I think they were spot on this time!
Lol enfp on point!! I ever be a supervisor in an organization, and its really hard for me to say if someone do bad things, or even fired someone. I usually start with talking about other things and soo hard to reach that point
Bogdan you're legit the best MBTI actor out there. On point personalities, lines and actions 🌹
Yes as infj, i actually will do that 😭 as long as others well being are protected
Nice Brad Pitt impersonation with ISFP! 🤩
As an ENFP who has a story for everything, this is so true.
But I feel like I’d cry more if I had to fire someone. Unless is really DIDNT like them. Then it might go more like this 😂
Hahaha i loved the infj one!!! I knew that the infj could never fire the person!!! (From an INFJ lol)
INFP: excessively apologize
Can relate.
The INTJ was on point!! Loved it!
Lol, ESTP “You’re fired, wow that was fun to say.”
I figure INTJ is more like "Look, we're running out of cash and you know the CEO isn't taking a pay cut, so you're the one we could most afford to lose. I just hope it doesn't wreck the whole company. Morons."
The ISFJ one is such humble and i truly value it ; like he made a whole list for other companies ..
Infj seems accurate! Loving these vids, keep em coming!
I'm definitely an INFJ. He was on point
A real INTJ either knows that they'll fire him, and finds another job before things get there, or sees it coming and tries to negotiate something. Either way... He sees it.
"And then, there are cars that need to be taken out" LMAO
What is Bogdan's career? Or career path? Curious.
Do the personality types GETTING fired! 😂🤣😂🤣😅
Boss: you're fired
ENTP: big mood but also what the fuck I'm super useful to the company and are you sure you don't want to be firing the other incompetents?
INFJ...this must be God moving us in a different direction...may you be blessed and praise the Lord...now I can focus on whatever I feel called to really be spending my time on to help the world. If only I could eat without a job😂.
ISFP: *gasps* ... ok. Ok. It's ok. I understand. I'm thankful for being given the opportunity to work here and I'm so sorry for not being good enough for you. I hope you'll do better without me. Goodbye.
hmm, i suddenly want to see a military or warfare 16 personalities?? really relate with the enfp, great video!!
An INFJ couldn't harm some innocent person, however if said person was not innocent and we felt their cause was hurting innocent people, then watch out...the fury of INFJ is violent when protecting the weak.
I'm INTJ. If I'm firing someone, I rather straight away said "you're fired, I'm sorry".
Infj been middle manager mamy times never felt like firing myself but it was hard until on cocky guy said "I cant believe you had the guts to fire me" I never had much issues after that, but i have also tried to help them get a new job and be a reference on their resume
Though I mostly score as an ENFP, the ESFP one was actually really relatable to me (I have scored ESFP a few times) i have been let go from many work places before and if I were ever in the position of firing someone I would genuinely feel bad because I have been there before n know how it feels
Hmm... INTJ is from Michael in “Scott’s Tots”
Nice vid, Bogdan.
All of your videos are so entertaining aaaaaa
INFJ IS SPOT ON!...I was waiting for that one and it is spot on. I never fire someone..unless they're dangerous or extremely disrespectful to me or someone i care about..other than that .I let them fire themselves...then i just pick up the pieces and move forward when it's all done.

Istj made me laugh, straight to the point, just like them. Great video!!
i am an ISFP and i quitted my job to an ENTJ boss after he betrayed my loyalty and admitation to him, boy hell got loose i became like this hyper empowered ultra ENTJ for two hours and i destroyed him, my Fi taught him about morals, my Se showed the tangible things i acomplished for him, my Ni hitted him on his primal fears and insecurities and my beautiful Te showed how much fucking money i made for him with my effiency.
Three years later he stills contacts me to go back to his company, i never respond.
Some people say that the INFJ doorslam is actually a thing of mistyped ISFP due to Fi. I totally believe that.
