This is honestly the best MBTI-Impression I have ever seen. It was not some over-exaggerated memes, but rather a proper impression of the types in real life, without any bias towards one type. Rather, it portrayed everyone to have their own methods working for them, one not being better than the other. Also, no type was portrayed as dumb or inefficient just because they were a feeler, sensor etc. Thumbs up for that 👍
Also, as an ENFP, your impression really resonated with what I would do, as I would be convinced that the suspect would have had their reasoning for what they have done, and If I were already obliged to judge them (which I don‘t really want, as I believe in the good in a person), I would at least want to understand them and would want them to be able to feel understood, thus giving them the opportunity to explain themselves and the background of their motives by asking some fundamental questions about their lives and their identity. Every voice should be heard, and this should happen in an environment fueled by trust rather than animosity.

We do love to talk, but that's to see and understand othe's thinking and views on subjects. We aren't all hellraisers and jerks. But we can come across that way with our no nonsense attitude. Being honest gets stuff done, but can be offensive to others. But that's just how we are. If your opinion is of little or no value in my judgement, I will care less what you have to say. INFPs often appear as dominant thinkers in situations where it is expected. I think it is because of our Ne. The INFP in this vid is accurate to what I'd be thinking, but I'd be getting an absolute kick out of coming off as cold and analytical while thinking "THIS IS AWESOMMEE" in my head. Not an abuse of power, but a serious cool feeling to have the privilege of analyzing someone's mind, truthfulness, and intentions. All assuming the charges are worthy of interrogation and don't point to a problem with the system...then I'd have to keep myself from crying and feeling hopeless about the state of society.
