2 things: firstly, this was so encouraging and positive! Makes me feel less scared about going to med school. Secondly, I feel like you and I have the same music taste cause I know and love every song in the background! I wish you all the best in your future studies, I just know you’re gonna make a great doctor :)
Omg best video yet this is so well edited! This has actually motivated me to do more work as well lol. Definitely agree about the imposter syndrome thing, it's so easy to fall into that way of thinking but yeah in the end if you're passionate about something you'll achieve it uno
Do you recommend doing any prep before starting at Nottingham for medicine? I'm *supposed* to be doing my A-levels this year but that's gone out the window! Should I revise my A-level content before I start?
Joe Poulton hi joe, sorry for the late reply! I answer this question in this video: ruclips.net/video/0AMQELDFLJY/видео.html (check time stamps in description if you don’t wanna watch the whole vid) but on the whole I’d suggest the best way to prepare is to be well rested and enjoy yourself so you don’t burn out at the beginning of term! they’ll recap any relevant alevel info you need :)
Dang son get that nutrition. Also I see you with those kettle salt and vinegar crisps lol. Get that wholesome message in at the end lads were here promoting POSITIVITY
Thank you! Good question, here are some of the things I do: - take a break, make a snack and come back to the problem with a fresh set of eyes (sometimes I can’t figure out a dilemma because I am fatigued from studying) - use my lecture notes to see if we’ve learnt how to solve the problem in lectures - use the internet or a relevant textbook to read up on the subject - contact a friend to see if they’ve managed to solve it
@@AymaraAnahi great advice thanks so much I'll use this as I'm starting a levels next year (future medic 🤞) your videos are a massive help!! Keep it up

hi! yes it has three gyms, one in each campus (David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee and Sutton Bonnington). They are modern and accessible to all facilities, which have climbing walls, swimming pools, sports tracks/fields and cafes.
