It is sad. Pure and simple. Not judging them, just think it is truly sad and something is inherently wrong, whether it be mental health issues, body dysmorphia or obsession with attention.
I really don't think you can call Simon Cowells botox and plastic surgery "extreme" compared to the other people on this list.... I mean compared to cutting off a nose, having eye balls tattooed or making yourself a living cartoon etc his nip tuck's are pretty tame and (sadly) "normal" by today's standards.
Whatever he had done is NOT flattering at all. I have watched several, X Factor and Britain's Got Talent on RUclips and thought he was seriously ill, I didn't know it was he had botox and other work done. That is really sad.
My aunt was addicted to tanning and had black skin a lot like the 'black woman' here, by the time she was in her early thirties. She started to look charred almost, but kept telling us she wasn't tanned enough. :( Not plastic surgery, but still as drastic. She got a really rare form of skin C but was able to beat it. She hasn't been to a tanning bed or to a beach in 20 years thanks to the help of her family and psych.
Im reminded , as a child, i saw commercials about how dangerous it was to eat the paint chippings from around old windows. At the time i remember thinking, who would eat the paint chips from around a window sill? Well now we know.
I'm going to bookmark this video and whenever I start to feel like I don't fit in a quick review of this will remind me that I'm doing just fine thanks! The issues these people have are just sad man.
There are risk with any surgery, although some have greater risk than others. Amputation is one of those that carry great risk. My son was born with an AVM, artery and vein malformation, in his right forearm. He is 22 years old and has recently come to terms with the fact that his arm will have to be amputated above the elbow. It is incomprehensible how anyone would choose to have any perfectly functional limb removed simply for cosmetic purposes when there are so many people that don’t have a choice.
I agree, in this world where kids are born with birth defects, women lose breasts to cancer, soldiers are mutilated, people go blind, its like a spit in the face. Many can't afford health Ins. no less plastic surgery just to function while these idiots are cutting off ears and fingers, having 100's of useless surgeries...to look grotesque. I think it's out of boredom and excess wealth, to look different, to be noticed, be a celebrity.
I'm sorry to hear that. Is there any way you can look into ayurvedic or Chinese medicine first and see if they have anything for his condition? You would be surprised at what they can do.
I'm sorry your son has to go through that and I pray that there may still be a way to help his condition. My mother has to get her leg amputated thanks to a vein issue so it baffles me as well that people would purposely get their limbs removed. I would give anything for my mom to be able to walk again and it is certainly a mental concern for the people that want to purposely do that to themselves smh
I don't understand how these people can do something like that to themselves. Like cutting off the fingers or dying the eyes?! I don't even have one tattoo on me.
These people want 'perfection' but that's impossible because it does not exist. It's not about seeking perfection but seeking attention from the public and on social media.
I've had facial surgeries when I was younger due to my cleft lip and pallette. I stopped because I felt that after my rhinoplasty (I regret it due to having harder time breathing through that nostril), the surgeons just wanted to make me more perfect... then patted themselves on the back like I didn't need the surgeries they had been saying I needed before I refused.
Every single day that goes by, society seems to get sicker and sicker! These people are totally obsessed with getting attention no matter how negative the attention is!
Sorry the world's always been just as sick. There were people back in the early 1900s who sewed people together just to see. Perfectly civilized nations always did all kinds of things your hair would turn gray to hear about. To deny humanity hasn't always been just as disturbed, if not more since people could get away with more and children were expected to be adults, is incredibly out of touch.
@@SuperDuckyWhoits way more nowdays because these people are idolized and called "stunning and brave", even tho what they really are is delusional and extremely shallow.

It all boils down to accepting yourself for how you look and who you are. When I was in my late teens I didn't like my looks. Im a mix of Italian American, Spanish, and Saudi Arabia, but 95% of my life taken for italian. I'm about 5' 8" was always slim, weighed about 137 in my late teens and now at 58 I'm 145 soaking wet and I work out to keep tone up the past 3 years. My issue was i thought I was too ethnic looking. My hair was darkest brown almost black, very wavy and when longer curls up. Well i must have looked just fine as I always got #'s when I went out, always had people say I was a nice looking guy, was "sexy" etc. I soon (in my early 20s) accepted myself and said you're a slim lean naturally tone Italian looking guy own it. Well with each passing year I accepted my looks/features more and at 58 I have a full head of curl hair still mostly dark and get compliments on it all the time. Im a healthcare worker, and nurses both old and young always chat with me, smile and give me compliments etc. The thing is I was ALWAYS a nice person and a gentleman and as many have said looks fade but inner beauty lasts forever! I suppose I must have both and never realized it until recently! My late mother ( she past this January) had both as well,. She was a gorgeous young lady with flair and grace and grew into a lovely old woman who sadly faded away the past 10 years to dementia. All whom met her had nice things to say and hopefully when I pass that will be my legacy I leave behind. To sum it up be happy as you are even if your physically not as attractive as the next guy/girl.It might be in your mind or might be real but there's so much more to life then physical looks. We ALL have something to contribute in this world IMO
What a shame today's society values physical appearance more than the true essence of a person. I think the world needs more psychiatrists than unethical plastic surgeons.
With respect, I feel nothing but pity for these individuals who have mutilated their bodies. Maybe they have received money, recognition or the attention they craved but one day they will get old and no one will care. Many people will see them as freaks, I feel very sad for them
Their distorted looks simply reflect their mental health issues - distorted. Very sad that people cannot accept themselves the way they’re born with, and never realise that what is truly important is to work on their inner being (soul) and beauty of character, instead of trying to be someone they’re not. I had a classmate who was “ugly” but who’s such a lovely person that when you’re talking to her, your focus is only on her soul you forget how she looks on the outside. That’s who I want to be on the inside.
Who actually believes that today? MLK quoted back in the day; one day people will see and love each other for the content of their character not the color of their skin or how they look, many today would call him woke and soft because today how one is treated on the street/in society is still largely based on how one looks.
01:14 The dead eyed expression of the woman in the bottom left as she slow claps to the crazy lady who had over 200 surgeries has me rolling. 🤣 I'm dying laughing! 🤣
As a child I was burned to the bone on my right leg and I was just 3 years old when my cousin threw fire at my pants and caught fire. I only ever wanted to be normal and have both legs looking pretty good.
If you are going to call the second to last one as racist and call her out for cultural appropriation than you need to also call out all the black celebrities who lighten their skin and straighten their hair. She at least says she identifies as a black person, the others don't identify as white.
Valeria Lukyanova for a long time denied having had any cosmetic surgery. She eventually admitted to having it done. I think she would've could've achieved the look without any of the surgeries. She would've gained 100% more respect if she had. If you're going to do something like this, be honest and don't lie about it.
These examples seem extreme, but remember, we live in a time and place where doctors are cutting healthy body parts off of kids, giving them puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. This practice is relatively commonplace these days, and much of it is irreversible, yet it is not only defended but celebrated.

Any real doctor worth his/her salt would, after more than one unnecessary procedure, recommend a mental health professional. I think if it's not reconstructive or corrective, plastic surgery patients should absolutely have a mental health evaluation to prevent this. This is cruelty to patients. What about "FIRST DO NO HARM?"
Poor things, they don't know what they've missed out on by not embracing the aging process, it's not about how your looks change, it's about how the change makes you look at yourself on the inside!
There are some times that i believe that doctors need to check their brains before these insane surgeries. Is this any different than wanting to cut of parts of your body because a girl feels like a boy visa versa, they are all symptoms of dysphoria or real mental issues. I think a shrink vs a surgeon should be called
Wrong, typical false comparison to the people on here, no doubt based on years of fearmongering and deliberate misrepresentation and politicization of a micro-minority by authoritarians Many people like oneself are still ignorant of the fact people with gender dysphoria must first see a shrink by law, before a GP is even allowed to prescribe hormones, there are applicable age appropriate standards of care for transgender humans and many hoops they must jump through before a surgeon will even touch them at the age of 18. The problem is the people who self medicate or seek out back alley surgeons are often the ones who detransition later however the majority do not So having gender dysphoria is not the same thing at all as these individuals with more money than sense.
This guy is ridiculous! Desire to have a leg amputated. As an amputee that has days I miss my left leg the last 14 years. I would like to have one night again when I didn’t have to rush in the middle of the night to put my leg on in the dark, hope it is positioned correctly, then make it to the bathroom in time. He needs his head examined. These surgeons should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t care how much they are willing to spend.
I notice a lot of this stuff looks demonic Maybe some are actually possessed as that alien-looking guy that had hs ears and fingers removed says he feels like he is living in a body in which he does not belong
Body dysmorphic disorder is a real thing and it's a mental health issue. I would hope that all of the people in the video had some extensive mental health counseling before doing those things to themselves (but I doubt it). Other than that, if they want to look the way they do and it makes them happy, it's certainly nobody's business but theirs. What people choose to do to themselves does not offend me but my thinking does go directly to wondering about the state of their mental/emotional health.
The amazing thing about these videos is these "people" look in the mirror and see something intirely different from reality. Karen Carpenter was told by a High school teacher she was fat! We all know the tragedy that happened here. We lost one of the greatest voices ever heard!!
I feel sad watching this, wondering how they will feel 20 years from now. With the possible exception of a few entertainers I can't imagine people going this far.
What pisses me off more than anything, is not what they choose to do what makes them happy. What pisses me off more than anything is the 💰💰💰💰 spent. I work my ass off even sometimes have to pay my rent late. Meanwhile these bastards are spending the price of a house just to change their looks. THAT'S what upsets me about these folk.
What pisses me off the most is the greedy, evil doctors who are more than willing to line their pockets off other people's mental illness. They should be directing them to a mental health specialist.
In all respect, what does it matter? It's their money to waste. I grew up poor. Most of my families debt is due to the fact that I was born disabled in a country where insurance isn't a right. I've had around 75 surgeries and now that I am an adult, I live off my disability, which isn't much. I cannot imagine people going through surgical procedures something has minor as looks but I also can't imagine getting legit angry over what other people do with their own money.
@@13lilsykos And how you find the will to live I have NO idea.. but then I have no idea how I find the will either so...yea enjoy every sandwich..if you're able to eat those
What people do with their own money is nothing in the scheme of things. Are you annoyed with someone who spends millions of dollars on a car? Or maybe somebody who decides they need to buy clothes that cost tens of thousands of dollars for one outfit? It's their money, who cares?
I saw an interview with the black alien guy, who had his nose and ears removed and some of his fingers cut off...... was not done by a "real" dr.... but someone who does "body mods" , I can't imagine someone like that could remove a healthy leg which this video said, is what he wants done next... but I can't imagine a board certified and licensed surgeon doing that. As a woman born really unattractive and ugly, I would never ever consider doing anything like this, no matter how beautiful I would(n't) be... I consider it a gift in a way, I don't care about my own or others outside...beauty is like a flower...it fades sooner or later and then what do you have

The doctors that actually perform the surgeries, need their license revoked permanently. Nothing good comes from these disasters!!
This is not black face! This is This Woman's life, in blackface you can remove the makeup, but she has made a choice about what she wants to look like and it seems permanent. As a black person I do not find this racist, nor am I offended by it. We live in America people have the right to make their own choices! It is granted to us by the Constitution
I was thinking the same, it's just like any man or woman who feels they are in the wrong body and want to become the woman or man they feel they are inside.

So extremely sad! I agree that the surgeons who willingly perform these surgeries should be ashamed of themselves.
So if you have these people that are so obsessed with plastic surgery, why are not the surgeons held accountable for this
These people are out of their minds and insane.
I’ve always wondered why women who have beautiful thin lips get enhancements to make them look like a fish.

It is sad. Pure and simple. Not judging them, just think it is truly sad and something is inherently wrong, whether it be mental health issues, body dysmorphia or obsession with attention.
Surgeons who do this type of surgery should have their licenses revoked.
OMG they are absolutely CRAZY! 😮😮😮
Imagine them all together in the same place at the same time. Say, a carnival freak show.
Simon Cowell does look very stupid.
He doesn´t belong on this list for sure

Mentally ill, clearly. Idk how a physician can agree or receive payments from someone that clearly needs a physiologist. This is sad.

Geeez idc if people get offended because of "black face " or whatever just glad she's okay 👍

The problem is where do you draw the line.

I don't think I've seen such a concentrated group of people without any self confidence at all. This is what a broken human looks like people.

Reopen mental asylums! Now!!
Overauthoritarian people like you would get treatment first. Let people do their stuff, it is not your business.
There are some times that i believe that doctors need to check their brains before these insane surgeries. Is this any different than wanting to cut of parts of your body because a girl feels like a boy visa versa, they are all symptoms of dysphoria or real mental issues. I think a shrink vs a surgeon should be called
That's why they go outside the US. We at least have a standard here. But there are some here.
Wrong, typical false comparison to the people on here, no doubt based on years of fearmongering and deliberate misrepresentation and politicization of a micro-minority by authoritarians
Many people like oneself are still ignorant of the fact people with gender dysphoria must first see a shrink by law, before a GP is even allowed to prescribe hormones, there are applicable age appropriate standards of care for transgender humans and many hoops they must jump through before a surgeon will even touch them at the age of 18.
The problem is the people who self medicate or seek out back alley surgeons are often the ones who detransition later however the majority do not
So having gender dysphoria is not the same thing at all as these individuals with more money than sense.

What if we suddenly became "addicted to slaying physicians that made such procedures"???

Body dysmorphic disorder is a real thing and it's a mental health issue. I would hope that all of the people in the video had some extensive mental health counseling before doing those things to themselves (but I doubt it). Other than that, if they want to look the way they do and it makes them happy, it's certainly nobody's business but theirs. What people choose to do to themselves does not offend me but my thinking does go directly to wondering about the state of their mental/emotional health.
Agreed. I have to wonder what happened to the individual to inspire these choices.

What ethical surgeon would do these procedures?
THAT is the question. Some procedures like Simon Cowell are simple and not extreme but SOME of these things are downright dangerous without reason.
BTW you should see his before pics, really handsome guy. very sad.
These are obviously not ethical surgeons, however most plastic surgeons do have a code of ethics they strictly adhere to, are reputable and genuinely do improve the lives of their patients.
Some doctors are a menace to human society. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean that you should.
I also think the surgeons should take some responsibility for this.
