Aim assist is weak in ow,as someone who plays on both pc and console,ow is just way more fluid on PC,it's just these guys are really good on controller,hopeful as also reached rank 1 on dps PC iirc

That’s the point of aim assist, without aim assist controller would be hell, it’s easier to aim on keyboard and mouse that’s why pc doesn’t have aim assist
