  • WHAT DOES SUPPORTED RANGE MEAN?: A supported note is a note sung with correct breath support and little to no tension or strain, meaning that it should sound clear and open. Supported range is the range in which the artist sings constantly with support.
An user requested this video, so here it goes :)
Big, big thanks to thevocalpoint on tumblr for the detailed analysis on Scott's voice and the info about his supported range. Since there are lots of videos about Scott's range, I decided to make this 1) about his supported vocal range and 2) with a bigger variety of notes. This was also my chance to share with y'all my favorite vocals of him, lol.
Some of these notes are part of a bigger video I'm planning on doing, so of course expect more Scott and PTX content in the future ;)
    LOWEST SUPPORTED CHEST NOTE: G#2
HIGHEST SUPPORTED MIXED NOTE: F4 (F#4 inconsistently)
    HIGHEST SUPPORTED HV NOTE: N/A
Please, tell me if you see any mistakes or if you have any questions :) Enjoy!
