Regret Regret | Mob Psycho 100 Reigen Animatic

IT'S FINALLY DONE! I've been at this for several weeks and over 200 frames. In celebration of the final arc being released Right Now, here's a little animatic to the song Regret by Everything Everything. It's about the separation arc it's about the final arc it's about Reigen it's about Mob and it's about their relationship. There's a Tiny bit of Manga spoilers here but if you don't know you might not notice.
The characters and relationships of Mob Psycho are some of my favourite on the screen right now. I am laying down and thinking about them so hard. Reigen is a good person, and trying to be a good role model for Mob ended up saving his life.

INSANE!! The walk cycle is STUNNING and the colors ... makes me feel like Mob in orange is light coming into Reigen's life before it switches and Reigen has to be the light to save Mob ... this is so GOOD

Your creativity is amazing- the smoke cloud blowing past the words, the rock paper scissors scene, their shadows influencing each other, not to mention the colours, shapes, and timing of everything, in my opinion this wasn't anything super flashy or fast, but your ability to combine simple elements into something a lot more interesting is so cool

Your animations and use of colours are so neat and unique, I find it amazing how fittingly you alternate between sharp changes of scene and smooth movements. And don't even get me started on your choice of scenes. It's PERFECT ❤️
