I’ve ordered one of these in blue after two test drives . I did test drive the Toyota Yaris and on comparison the Clio came out on to. The Clio was better drive , smooth on road , drivers cockpit was absolutely perfect where the Toyota left you wanting more and to pricey for the reality of the car. Toyota seemed to of concentrated to much on the new aygo and forgot about the Yaris. Knowing the ford fiesta is no longer selling they should of like Renaults took advantage of the car market for smaller car customers
Definitely going to get the 1.0 TCe 90 Techno when my current Mazda 3 deal comes to an end soon. Might go for the bigger engine but the 90 gets rave reviews- decisions/decisions.🤔
Thanks, Duncan, for a brilliantly informative review. I compiled a short list of cars in this price bracket (Suzuki Swift, Mazda 2, Aygo X) but I think the Clio has 'em all licked for value for money and driveability. The only problem I have is whether to pick the 1 litre turbo or this hybrid. There's an awful lot of petrol in the £3000 price difference!
It all depends on how you drive and you might, ultimately, get a lot more mileage from a hybrid. But we'd love to hear what you decide. They're both good cars so it's a nice decision to make!
Non plug-in hybrids never lose the battery, not even on highways, it will always combine the power output and change how it manages the energy or the engine revs and will never lose the 145 combined horse power. But yes, just only the petrol engine has a 90 bhp output. But thats not how a non plug-in hybrid works.
Well, you can find our review of the Corsa here: ruclips.net/video/hmPnEh9niVE/видео.htmlsi=C0yVoVR0DDa3YXzG but I'm sure the community here will have some helpful knowledge.

Really glad to hear that you found the right car for you. Many Fiesta drivers are sure to discover the joys of owning a Clio in the coming years.

I’ll let you know when I pick it up Saturday
Please do! Not long to wait now. Hope you enjoy the new car.
I have ordered the exact same car in same colour and it should arrive 28 August. I can't wait. Brilliant colour.
An excellent choice! We'd love to hear what you think after driving it.
Nice colour ❤
It's a lovely car!
145 bhp. But how much is it on the highway? Some say that it can only carry 90 bhp as much as the 1.6 engine.

That's more than you will ever need
It will be nice when these depreciate. I'd consider it for a fraction of today's price
I've just sold my 10 year old Clio GT for 55% of the original price. Now I am planning to buy the new Clio Alpine for the next 10 years.
