I was today old when I learned how to use my digital calipers to also measure DEPTH!??? It never dawned on me nor have I seen it done before!! Now, I have a depth gauge!! That Ive had for 40 years...lol

Thanks for that. It's easier than I had thought. Now I can salvage my favorite watch. It's a cheap one, and I could easily replace it, but it is perhaps the best looking watch I have ever seen, and now I can continue to use it. But does it keep good time? Of course, don't any and all battery-operated watches keep good time these days?

Description of the diameter measuring sounds like if you use that inside diameter at the top of the bezel it will be the same size and fall out. Can you clarify that?

Under what circumstances, crystal cement is required to be applied via installation? Normally those with gasket and tension ring need any of these bonding agent?
