Amazing that Roland managed to get the perfect electronic sound on all their early drum machines, sounds that have stood the test of time for nearly 4 decades and can't really be improved upon. I can't really see any original drum sound coming out that could do it any better.
@@EnochDark lol, don't be ridiculous. The TR808 and 909 analogue kicks will never be bettered, they need no processing at all. Let alone the perfect interaction of the sounds and swing of the sequencers.

littlegee I agree they are classic sounds but dance music has moved beyond using them exclusively as they did in the early 90s
Neither, I'm far outside of the generation that knew this sound, but I love it, the 909 is and always will be my favourite rhythm composer.
my Volca Drum disagrees with you.

Nice, drum machines will always be there
Is this the sound straight from the box? Or is there effects added?
Hoo Mr. Voorn, loving the slight delayed room on that 909. Would you be so kind and please tell trough which compressor you did send this?
Awesome, thank you!

Joris, do you know how Mulero makes his famous double beats? Darkness and powerfull (anaconda ,etc.... ) THANKS A LOT
You mean the " flam " on the 909 ?
As carmelo stated, using a loose flam (46 percent-ish) would sound nice
