Bear in mind, this review was shot many (many!) years back. A cheap jag will set you back about a grand nowadays. Th Ronart kit is still in production. Prices seem to have gone up somewhat.
I am starting my RUclips channel with a build of a 1928 Morgan RIP MG Special. My next project that I have already sourced parts for was going to be a 1935 MG Magnette F Tipo boat tail with the dual wheels and polished body but that was before I saw this beauty. My plans may have changed.
Arthur Wolstenholme is my grand uncle, the brother of my grandad (roly Wolstenholme) who married into my mum's side of the family even though he isn't my mum's dad
I can never understand why a supposed car enthusiast uses background music to drown out the sound of the featured car. Absolutely ruins a good video. Great car though, pity we were deliberately denied the opportunity to hear it!
I built three Westfields but this is on another level its stunning ❤
Everything so right and amazing glad this has been presented ❤ !
Seen one of these today in North Wales. A stunning British Racing Green one. Thumbs up

I was just thinking that also.
Saw one today in Peterborough. A silver version with a metallic cover over the passenger section. Looked amazing.
Looks and sounds fabulous, and reasonably priced. Very nice.
Didn't need the background music - the sound of that engine would have been enough. Barely heard it over the awful "rock".
Music is on the original film from Top gear.

Gorgeous. Time for a new project...
My uncle built that green V12 Ronart. I cringed when Chris Goffey hit all those potholes at the road side😮
Thought the same myself !
@@notme4921ditto 😮

Beautiful video for this unknown but fantastic mark. When was it made ?

love it when he drives straight into a nasty pot hole 3:20 lol owner would have been pleased too see that hes car was driven well
You cant get a V12 out of an XJ6 you goofball. You have to get an XJ12 instead.
4:23 there is a mouse stuck between the muffler and its heat shield
Either that or terrible welding!
Yup, looks like a nice toasty mouse to me
GB Build the Best
xj6 for 250 quid u see any?
If, If, If. I were young, had the money and a place to build one. So long as it has left hand steering. I live in New England not Old England.
NO music when we want to hear the engine!

Why the hell set the clips to music, let the cars do the talking
