    You can also add Melasure gel and demelan cream in alternating day/night.
    Vitamin-C 15% in every morning routine. Niacinamide 10% in every pm routine.
    Sunscreen reapplied in 2-3 hours.

    Also, eating multivitamins, Vitamin B and Vitamin D supplements, and if you eat eggs, then having eggs is a great way to reduce hyperpigmentation due to vitamin deficiencies.

      Rice water does help. I have started using it & my face texture has improved & it doesn't look dull anymore. You just have to be consistent. PS. But, obviously not everything works for everyone.

      @@Thatsright-tr2ks2 tbsp raw rice soaked in water for about 2-3 hours. Strain the water & apply it on your face using cotton, keep it for 40-45 min & then wash it.
      It will make ur face look bright & clear, will help with pigmentation. You can store this for 5 days.
      Also, wash the rice properly before soaking it.

    I think it's better to consult a dermatologist before starting to use this. I had used Tretinoin without prescription, and got severe allergies in the form of flaking, red skin. :( However, it was quite good for acne marks, though.

    They used to call that "Retin-A", if I remember correctly. I used to use it for adult acne. My only beef about it was that it would bleach my washcloths and face towels.

    Omg i never wear low neck because i have a dark line on my neck nd people always point at it i thought its not curable never been to doctors for it! My husband has never seen me without the scarf i use around my neck in summer cause i am so ashamed of it :(((

    Use sandwich method to avoid any problems as. Retinoids are super strong , apply moisturiser then this medicine then again moisturiser and yes start with 0.05% then gradually you can increase the value of it and yes do not use VITAMIN C base cream or moisturiser with it and apply sunscreen !!

I've been trying my own little regimen of vit C products, as well as gentle glycerin treatments. I've also been using niacinaminde and turmeric, which I pretty much swear by.     Drink a lot of water. Sometimes the pigmentation comes on due to dehydration. If all else fails use this technique or use it simultaneously.

    I used it after your recommendation it works for me. My pigmentation patch is gone. I used 100 spf sunscreen and lot of moisturiser in the morning. I see the difference within 8 months.

    Perhaps in America, doctors will prescribe this but in the U.K., we haven’t got a hope in hell’s chance of being prescribed anything to improve the appearance of skin unless our skin has some sort of infection.

      I'm from South Africa and it's the same situation as the UK. I've recently moved to Saudi Arabia and to my surprise you can get Tretinoin over the counter. I use this together with Cerave cream and the results are astounding.

    I use duac, it’s a benzoyl peroxide, for acne .. since I started using it about 6 years ago I rarely get break outs now, before it was every day ..

    People please see videos that gives clear instructions on how to use tretinoin..please don't use it blindly to avoid side effects and further damage. Tretinoin needs some specific precautions especially for dark skinned people such as moisturizers and sun protection.

      Use this every night,and if ur new to tretinoin use it with a gap of 1,2 days and use very gentle smount

      No you have to constantly use it else hyperpigmentation comes back.

      Not really bcz it causes dryness .. left over u can u use or a dat bit of castor oil to nourish under eyes and grow some lashes to look good at late 30’s
