Step 5 'Getting your drawings and making changes' - The Arkiplan Process

We’ll get your drawings to you within the agreed time-frame.
Just login to your Portal and your plans will be presented on our special Mark-Up tool
On your PC, tablet or even your phone screen, you can leave notes and scribble onto your plans, to explain what changes you would like made, if any.
We will repeat this process as many times as you want until you are 100% happy with the plans. No spiralling costs.
Just click ‘approve’ on your drawings and you will be sent a request for your final payment. Once your payment is made, you will be given full access to all of your project files including your PDF plans and even the AutoCAD DWG files in case your Engineer or timber-frame manufacturer needs them.
If you need a Planning Application, Lawful Development Certificate Application or a Building Control Application made - We’ll submit these for free and just send you instructions to pay the Council fees. We’ll even manage the applications on your behalf until a decision is reached.
While you wait, you can use the Portal to order printed plans and even automatically send your project to some of our industry partners to quote for additional services like Interior Design or Engineering Calculations.
And there you have it: plans done, approvals in. And now you’re ready to get building.
