I would suggest one thing,
Don't join Persistent systems .
They will be fire you , Recently most of the people got laid off.
For freshers,they have no stability.They played lot of politics inorder to eliminate the employees.

It used be a better company few years ago but incompetent management and sales is eating away the prestige. They are not getting good projects now and clients have started taking tough interviews.
