Ortega was a FREE signing as well and is probably a better shot stopper then Ederson.
We can criticise the fans for their mentality but we cannot criticise Spurs for the way they played, they played their part & were unfortunate not to get more out of the game.

The Villa game haunts me more than the Tottenham one.
I know spurs played pretty well and definitely gave it a go and tried to win (I expected nothing less), but it wouldn’t surprise me if just in that singular moment son decided to miss on purpose, or at least not do as well as he could’ve with that shot

Except we're talking about Son. He almost never misses in 1v1 chances. He's probably the best or one of the best finishers and he misses a 1v1? Nope, not buying it. It is not a fair statement to mentioned it was Son's miss but rather a great save from Ortega similarly how Emi Martinez saves the shot from Kolo Muani too. A miss is when he shot is wide rather than being save by the keeper. It was indeed a shot on target. Let's celebrate with a save from Ortega rather than a miss from Son.
