    Okay, so ive had this machine, theres approximately 2 issues with it, one is with the balance sensor (motor torque detector) and the second one is the shock absorbers, replace those and itl be perfectly fine.

    Ok figured it out! After pulling it all apart I found *all four* struts were busted clean off from the drum. Need to order all new struts. Unfortunately, pretty sad as it’s used very infrequently and it’s only 4 years old. I suspect it may have been damaged on delivery and slowly each strut would fail putting more force on the others until they failed too.

      Were bolts snapped or plastic broken?

      @@washingandmowing15 the plastic “T” connectors at the top of the strut were clean busted off all four struts. Image: imgur.com/a/6suV2mv

    It’s not the fact that it’s moving so much it’s the fact that the door literally just flew open and it kept going? No safety stop or anything

      @@Ikey04-ge9gy it did stop but it’s flying around pretty good when it pops open!
