My brother have have a small tattoo on his forearm which is around 3 inches so does it mean he can't become cabin crew. Should I remove that tattoo by lesser treatment.so then he didn't have any problem related to medical round

Actually it's not easy to remove a tattoo, it still leaves scars. And yes some of the airlines don't allow tattoos. You can go ahead and start trying.
