Vocal Majority is a Dallas-based chorus featuring over 150 performers. They are 13-time Gold Medal Chorus Champions in the Barbershop Harmony Society and entertain thousands of fans every year. My dad was a barbershop singer. When he moved in with me because he had stage 4 dementia, we listened to Vocal Majority and Voctave every morning over oatmeal. I still listen to music every day and think of him now that he's gone.

I will be honest. I have not seen "The Greatest Showman" but as i was listening to this and even now, I am ugly crying right now.. In a world so filled with hate, intolerance, inequality, and ugliness. This was a message of hope that I needed to hear today. This was so rich and beautiful. This is CHORAL. THIS. IS WHY I LOVE. A CAPELLA!

Being pregnant does affect your singing; Adele’s Skyfall was so low because she was pregnant during the time and couldn’t sing as high as usual.

I've obviously never been pregnant. But I imagine that it constricts the amount of space that you have to breathe. Given that the breath is the most important part of your singing voice, I imagine that being pregnant affects it to a certain extent.

It almost feels as if a band of friends has gathered to sing in joy just for that unborn baby telling it of all the adventures and feelings to come. We are so lucky to be allowed to listen to it. Really love their version of this Song. Great arrangement!

This is the first time I have heard Tony clearly (he usually sings background in Voctave, and Barbershop music is almost always tightly focused harmonies). He has a wonderful voice. And as usual, the ladies all slay it, especially Ashley. This is the first time I've heard Vocal Majority, but it won't be the last. Top notch from beginning to end.

This was our Graduation Song on my senior highs chool way back 2019, can't help but to cry, I am proud of myself despite all the challenges in life, I have made it...I graduated, now I am in my college and is still continuing to fight lifes challenges...This song really reminds of those hard days on my senior high school...those were the days, those are the highlights of my life
Looking back on high school and college from the perspective of age 55...congratulations to you on your achievements, and I'm sure you have many more challenges and achievements ahead. I remember having the level of confidence and energy a person can have in the early 20s, mine has softened and mellowed with the decades but something about your comment touched me. Now I am on my 2nd year in college. Its so hard, both financially and mentally because TBH the tuition fee of my course is not an easy one. It's a bit expensive for my mother to send me to college, Plus she's the only I have left now, I don't have a father anymore, I don't also have a sibling. I am an only child. My mother is raising me alone, she's my mother and father at the same time. She's a public school teacher. Aside from ny tuition fee, she is also allocating some of her salary for her monthly medication which is also not a cheap one, she has diabetes. It's really a hard time in my life right now, I don't cry in front of her or show her that I'm tired in life because I don't want her to get hurt. All I can do to give justice to her sacrifices for me, is to give my best in everything especially now in school, I am doing my best ma'am to have decent grades. It's really hard if you're from a poor family and you dream of someday getting out of poverty and be able to afford the necessary things in life. I don't dream of becoming rich, I don't want to be fooled by money. Thank you for sharing a bit of your high school memories ma'am. You've inspired me to keep moving forward for my dream. I listen to Voctave over and over all of the time. The performances never grow stale. This one in particular makes my eyes well-up for reasons I can’t even explain to myself other than its shear beauty and excellence of execution. It’s so hard to imagine that this is merely a side project for these people. People in the Florida area are so fortunate. Please tour at least once.
