I'm still sore about passing up Zeev Buium.
I wouldnt be, 6 dmen taken before him, same agent as gauthier, a lot uncertainty around college athletes right now especially after mcgroarty, imagine the flyers lose another first round pick due to that, so if there was any question about whether or not he would sign I wouldn't even think twice and avoid him, then it likely came down to between helenius and luchanko, Flyers liked Jett more and are looking for higher upside instead of a player who would either need to be in AHL this year or NHL next, they seem to be planning for 3 year outlook, especially given the youth they drafted and targeting next years draft. Will see how it shakes out.

Why does this guy do this show? Its just one negative comment after another. He makes an excuse for Robertson due to injuries but makes zero mention that Brink essentially lost an entire year of pro development already with the hip injury.
We don't need cheerleaders like most Hockey podcasts have. We need straight information and insight.

Self Righteous Flyers management made their Self Righteous decision in not signing Carter Hart. This by all means won't destroy the franchise but the reasonable consequence of this is a Rebuild extention by at least three years. Flyers in a Rebuild through 28-29.
Why would you sign a player that may or may not be able to play in the nhl again after what looks to be waiting for a lengthy trial to end ?
@@wr-co2fn Because you believe in a hockey player and a particular person. It's called knowledge. Obviously in a contract there are ways for an organization to protect themselves an unfortunate accurence. Without question best goalie since Pelle and Hextall. As I said I'll say again, actual good could come out of this. Flyers have been in a Complete Rebuild and Overhaul of everything through draft capital and player development and with Hart, it would've been at least three more years of rebuilding. Status of Rebuild now is at least through 28-29. Flyers will need years and years and years of Smart drafting and player development.
