Nice to see him get the recognition he deserves. Just my opinion. He may not have been the mega superstar of the sport like some others but, he was a star none the less and he respresents a generational time in NASCAR that will soon be passing us by. Ive been a fan since 01 and would like to say thanks for the ride Kevin. Enjoy that retirement.

Kevin in my mind is everything Dale Earnhardt was to Nascar in a different body. These 2 men in my opinion will both go down as 2 of the most Iconic Legends in this sport to ever Bless us with there knowledge of a Wheelman.

Kevin Harvick is very relatable to me.
I am going to my first cup race Saturday at Bristol. I grew up on dirt tracks. I've been a Harvick fan since I was 12 I'm now 34. I'm bringing my 8-year-old son who has been a Harvick fan since he was in my belly lol😂 I can't wait to finally see him race in person and hopefully win that would be amazing but either way I'm just happy to be able to watch him race in his last season.

I'm teetering on being a NASCAR fan when Kevin retires. He is the last of them. I'm a NASCAR purist, I've been a huge fan my entire life. This once great sport is going to DRASTICALLY change without him. My gut is telling me that it's just going to kind of suck. But he can't be here 4EVER! I have to remind myself that every weekend this year! Preparing myself for next year, when instinctively, I'm going check the leaderboard, and see where that 4 is!...oh yeah...
Not gonna lie, I can't watch races if harvick is out or DNFed.

@@RAFMonMarHe will be in attendance for the first half of the season in the commentator booth. I can also see him racing SRX like he did last season.

I got to shake his hand once at Atlanta when her came off the winner’s stage and it was one of the coolest moments I’ve ever had.
I might have missed the video showing Kevin slamming Carl Edwards on the hood of the car , loved it .

Without a doubt one of the Legends of NASCAR! The Atlanta race in 2001 had me in tears. Also loved how he had the number 3 on the car still!

Sometimes I miss the early Kevin, the no shits given Kevin. He has had a great career and it sucks it's his last, but I'm sure he will leave with a ton of respect and known that he won't back down

I'll still watch races when Harvick is done but not the boring tracks. I still love the sport but not a single driver made me feel the emotions Kevin did. From his first win at Atlanta to the crazy Daytona 500 win vs Mark Martin. You just knew the race was never over with the Closer finding ways to lead the only lap that matters! I do like Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell. Will still root for SHR to grow and get better.

Truly gonna miss Harvick ive watched his whole career it wont be the same. Go get them in bristol ill be in the stands cheering you on and all the Ford's

It's sad that Ford can't get their act together and actually be good. Their entire global motorsport program this year is a dumpster fire and sadly it means that Harvick won't get the send off he deserves.
