Music runs in the blood for me, so it has a calming & healing affect in a very specific way & one thing I’ve been clear on for awhile is, that words have power! There are several channels that use mainstream music to cover their affirmations, yet when those songs have an element of lack in the words, then it has a counterproductive affect. So I really value the channels that take this particular awareness into affect & either use healing fields or frequencies, or get creative & turn affirmations into songs with great beats behind them.
