Honda guy seemed clueless, the 5 speed new monkey already out in Asia, as for the dax/ct70 they would not tell you anyway even if it was coming out, best way is to find out on Asian sites.
@@jw4111 I’m sure if will come to the US this year. The new grom is available since April in Europe and the new monkey will be available in august in Europe.
After owning a 2018 Grom for a year, I was very happy to sell it and get a 2006 CB599. I feel like I succumbed to the Grom Marketing Lifestyle trap and the bike really wasn't that fun for a more normal guy. I love watching talented people with disposable incomes ride groms though!
If you can only have one motorcycle, I agree you should get something more rideable. If you can afford multiple bikes though, the Grom, Monkey and some of these other minimoto bikes are incredibly fun.
Hey buddy I went riding today with my 1969 Honda CT70 with a Big Bore high performance 125cc engine 4 speed automatic transmission so I went riding with three buddies that got Grom dude I let them try my bike and I tried there's all man it was way too cool I am definitely going to give me a Honda Grom hopefully the middle of summer or sooner right on man good to see y'all take care down in Florida

So for once something is available earlier in Europe than in US? :) I've bought my Grom in April but picked it up in May since the weather was awful. I even managed to have a low-side on it. Don't recommend the stock tires. I'm replacing the front one for the diablo rosso on saturday. We'll see how it will perform.

Yes, I’ve seen this info as well. Seems odd would update Monkey for Asia but not U.S.

This is all very cool, but Honda has no inventory to sell… I was looking for a Monkey, but no dealerships have any available…..
