    Did have to program new tps or just plug and play?

      They need to be programmed per oem specifications & from what my AllData manual says. I can't Sat either way if that will affect performance either way. Also, don't buy Dorman Parts

    Ahh yes because everyone has a saw sitting around….. is there a actual tool for this part or???

      It’s a rivet, drill it out. Or use the grinder like he did

      Wouldn't metal shavings get in the air intake?

      @@tbsundeen Shove a towel or rag in the intake. This isn't rocket science.
      You're choice is to replace the entire throttle body assembly at a higher cost, this also requires draining coolant and dealing with hoses underneath. Or drill or cut the rivets out and replace just the sensor for less money.
