Excellent writing and voice acting like with so many CBSRMT episodes. Over the past 6 years or so I’ve probably listened to 200 -300 episodes so far. My Mother is in her 80s and these remind her of gathering around a neighbor’s radio in the 40s to listen to the Old Time Radio shows. I used to listen to these at work with my ear buds while doing various routine processes on computer for a Fortune 500 company. Now I listen at home while doing chores or cooking.

I really and truly enjoyed listening to this show so very much. Thank you for posting these great radio shows. They don't have enjoyable entertainment like this any longer without bad language or Hollywood being such a bad influence those that watch and listen to what they now call entertainment. Now they try to influence horrible morales on how one should live their life. Have a wonderful day everyone. 😀

Dud you notice that in the beginning of the episode, E.G.Marshall says it stars Rosemary Murphy and Larry Haines, but in the ending cast it's Rosemary HARRIS and Larry Haines. Another slip that got by Himan Brown!

The ad from Black & Decker I saw before this story started featured a slow cooker that could be activated by Wi-Fi.
You're kidding, right? Just because folks can build and use such equipment doesn't necessarily mean we should. I have found the original low tech versions of such devices quite effective.

That slow cooker sounds like a bad idea 😬😬🔥🔥

@@kushfairyny1 Especially when they spend to make it wifi and not put an LED that comes on to tell you the power went off and came back on.

I hate when the writer makes the woman foolish, headstrong and brush off real warnings from sensible loved ones.

I agree...I feel the same when when sitcoms/ movies make dads into buffoons...It's weird when either is so over the top.
