I have a TE6568MIS and currently i´m just disappointed. It didn´t receive any Updates / Upgrades and is now just a Display with a PC in the Background, to be still useful in 2021. Customers i organised and setup the TE6503MIS same issue. 2 Year "old" Device without being maintained. Good Hardware, good Software when you buy it, but if you search a Device that you want to have in production the next years and also have good features and updates, go with another one. Sadly....
Hi Thomas, iiyama 04 series does have OTA updates and will remotely update FW. This was never a promoted specification on TE6568MIS product (launched 2017 so almost 5 years ago) and as such would not be something you would expect.

We have IIYAMA screen and the poly videoconferencing unit is not showing up. It keeps going to sleep and not waking up. Can you tell me how to keep it awake all the time please?
