Stowe and Jay are both promised lands. Those two, and Killington, are easily my three favorites on the east coast. They're all amazing in their own ways. Jay for snow quality, Stowe for the most gorgeous views, and Killington for the biggest selection of trails and most terrain variety.
@@Noah-qw5mi I believe March 14 looking back at my calendar. I made the last minute decision to blast up there from Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon. Skied that Monday and saw the STE team filming. Was curious when they'd put this edit out. Great day, first few hours of Beaver Pond glades were unreal...Chase those storms ya'll
Skinned up before sunrise, got first trax on Green Beret that day. Deepest day of my life. Sleeper storm. The day prior was a great powder day, and they called for a few extra inches overnight into Sunday, but the Jay cloud delivered 2-3 feet of the finest crystal champagne 😘🤌
On East videos people always say it’s nothing but ice and it never snows. People who say that don’t ski much. I have had many epic days on the East and especially at Jay. It is the promised land.
Deepest day I've had since moving back east. That day was incredible. Got some busted ribs that day as trees don't move when you smash them but I believe it may have worth it😁
Jay is my favorite ski area... in the world. It's the tree skiing at Jay. I'm a tree skier. And I'd appreciate it if you would identify the trails they're skiing on. A quick picture of the trail signs as they pass would be nice.
@@driftawayproduction5690 But what percentage of skiers ski that good to ski tight trees in the northeast? Maybe it's fun for the best of the best, not much for most everybody else. Rather ski trees at Mount Bachelor, I imagine you would too if you were honest. Just watch those tree wells.
Jay Peak is the Promised Land.
Says the guy who always posts Stowe footage. Love your content though, no shade, just jokes!

@@ThirdEyePerspective1111 As a season pass holder at Killington I agree with your assessment.
I cannot wait for this season. I love Jay!
I was there for this storm, what an experience!
when was it?

Same! What an amazing Sunday that was.
@@thejank1 I wash up their last april easter weekend. insane conditions and even woods coverage in many parts
@@thejank1Yeah that was my first time doing the saddle I think. Most unreal time of my life, besides Jay peak last April.
Pat killing it behind the lens as always!
thanks Thorn! hope to see you back out east some time soon... keep the shred alive!

Had first chair up the Bonnie this day. Crazy deep in the side country
yup! I had first chair that day on the Flyer! All time day, especially when forcast thought the snow would move on and it never did!
Awesome. I haven't been to Jay since before COVID but heading back in a couple of weeks, so a good old dump would be appreciated!
I'm heading there Jan 21-26. PRAY FOR SNOW BABY!
Still looking for that local to get us to the back country. Jay peak is awesome
I can help

trees don't move! glad you made it out for that day, and hope you healed right back up for more deep days this season
love that...
all the places I used to ski. Now it's Mammoth Mountain.
Great Video!
Thanks!
You could have told me that was somewhere in BC and I would have believed you
When were ya'll out here? This last season?
What is this shot on? It looks great
Anyone know what skis those pink ones were?
What's the song at the end??
love it!
What month was this?
mythical march

Looks like lift accessed backcountry to me 🤷♂️
I think its either the dip or big jay (ik I'm late and you probably won't see this)
Who sings the first song?
GENTS, says it in the description
Ive been there a few times, theres never any snow. Dont come here 😉
Its terrible. Would not reccomend, go to Stowe or okemo instead
Bring back brooks, these guys are terrible
Snow looks good but I hate northeast tree skiing, it's just not open enough.
it gets you good though, ski good or eat wood!

more for us!
@@SkitheEast Did I mention that a place like Mt Bachelor is 10 times the size of Jay Peak and their trees are naturally spaced 10 times apart?
@@twochordcool if you can't ride the woods in the east say it!!
why oh why do people have to ruin a great video with horrible music? just keep it natural
The first song is great
That terrain and snow are Japow vibes.
