As an engineer, very few women make good engineer. Engineers often work long hours, forgo family events, basically must put work ahead of other “things/relationships.” Can women be a good engineer? Of course they can, but very few are. Very few want to put in the sacrifices in order to stand out because engineering is a very tough and competitive field. This girl is full of it. She has no clueless.

Most cars have adjustable seat belts, there’s a slider to fit the person size.

If certain colors of people want to be in certain industries maybe they should show interest in those industries learn something about them go to school to learn about them do everything they can to learn about that industry put it on their resume and go for a job interview You can't just give someone a job they're not qualified for or they're not interested if they're interested they will show interest in that career and pursue it You can't just pull people off the street and stick them in a job and say good we satisfied the fact that we need people of different color working here. Having people of different colors in a workplace doesn't help the workplace when everybody isn't all in it like a team and all working towards a common goal with a common interest

10:19 back in the day, you needed to have high grades in school to get the better job. These days, we are focussed on having 50% women/minority/dissabled and being qualified for the position means nothing
This is where Equality is irrelevant. Women want the same pay as men, but don't want to do the same physically demanding jobs we do. I've been a grocery clerk for years, and I've only seen two women ever be one, and one of them was extremely lazy and an adult content creator. The other one, the one I work with now is fine, however she's closing shift, and most of what she does is facing Aisles, not exactly physically demanding.
Stop taking others content and "reacting" to it. You don't add anything of value to the original work, just sit there with a camera on and watch. Easy paycheck is easy I guess 🤷
I have been in engineering for more than 40 years. I have never been impressed by women engineers. Especially in the actual process and production.
Always laugh at the absurd statements the students state. They go to college & think their wise. Too funny.
Women need to top with the “ endometriosis isn’t studied” crap arguments. It has been studied significantly. Problem is it varies so widely in severity from woman to woman.
They always call for backup, taking time from the other Police Officer's duties. Always, with another male officer most times, yet there are the rare women that get top points in every thing. I do know women that are welders, and work on the rigs, etc., but are the rare ones. ✌️

Until affirmative action people were hired according to skill and experience not skin color. That is why American manufacturing was the best in the world. A diverse group of Americans that were the best at what they did.
Men have issues as well, that are not studied as well ... they are not happier, I and most people were happier in the 70's were polite, cared, and married literally to the end of time ... good or bad, or a little of both. Nobody shot each other as much, there were more physical fights, but a person rarely died ... some live with Paralysis, but at least you are alive. Anyway, sorry 😊✌️

Charlie's right about men and women being wired different, it's absolutely true, you have exceptions, society looks down on women today that's a stay at home wife and mother, i realize in today's world it takes both people in a marriage to survive financially, back in the day an average family of 4, they owned their house, car, college for the kids, and only the father worked, the mother stayed home and took care of the house and kids, and it worked.

I love these Charlie Kirk videos. But what I hate and will no longer watch are videos like yours that have some fake quote from you like this one. About taking off the hat. It took me a minute to realize lie in order to get likes, shares subscriptions etc... so yeah thats why I dont watch yours and alot others just because of that. The videos are usually good but I just cant het past the fake. I'd be there the whole video at first waiting to hear what's written on the video then nothing nothing no one said that. The military is another example of when female and males were expected to do the same job but had different expectations. Charlie's examples of counseling and nursing are not true. Maybe more women go into those fields, but men can do those fields just fine and sometimes better in certain circumstances.
