Hi Cynthia! Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Yes I for sure think that a halti will work for your dog you just have to make sure you get the correct size and that it is not too big. You can even bring your dog into the pet store and try it on and the staff there will be able to help you to make sure it is the right size and that way you can try walking around the store with it on to see how it fits.
