    Nobody said it would be easy or fun. ADHD is a lifelong fistfight.

    I'm afraid for me its mostly impossible and useless. Eg. mindfulness/relaxation audio makes me angry, can't stand it; "stay away from temptation" seems a good habit but you know... :)
