you can tell there is more to that story,. she is violent and the way she came at her brother. i bet she came at him with an object, and maybe she attacks him a lot. i do not belive for one minute that this was a normal brother sister squabble.
I felt really sorry for the pregnant girl at the end. There needs to be more resources available for people leaving jail and prison that have no family or friends to help them out. What do they expect them to do? No wonder so many end up gong right back to a life of crime. :(
That girl really just said being in jail for a year could ruin alot of her dreams like going to school and having a family and settling down. Like whut? No disrespect but that's hella funny 🤣😂
I mean, keyword here is boss. You’re less likely to be stalked and harassed when you’re the one in control of someone’s paycheck. I got a friend who was stalked, followed and eventually physically corned by a 60 year old married man who wanted to sleep with her. She was in her 20s. Depending on the situation, I’d rather work with 100 women than 100 men.
Yes but jail should still be humane, no one and i mean NO ONE shouldn’t be out of toilet paper to wipe their ass and have no access to toiletries so you just bleed on yourself
I was denied toilet paper for an entire shift after being unfairly put in solitary on suicide watch because the guard was that bad. I was there to begin with because I got drugged while at my job. The justice system is definitely not fair.
29:00 just goes to show that even in jail you can find humanity. even some coworkers/friends/family you’ve known for years won’t remember your bday or make you a cake.
Yeah that was a rough spot she was in at the end. If I lived there I'd have gladly offered her my couch. I've taken in upwards of 15 people total throughout my life and it's always been a good time generally, something I've always felt good about. The one dealbreaker however is hygiene - if someone's a stinky motherfucker and it's obvious they're like that by choice, no way will they set foot in my place. Otherwise I'm very lax about things, even drug use (hell, I have my own history) - as long as they're clean, cool to hang with, and willing to do chores, it's all good. Some guys I took in went on to do very well for themselves, and one Christmas I got a card plus a cheque for $12,000 from one guy Graham. That was a nice one!
Boohoo, I just caught the 3th time driving drunk. Well, how many 100'dreds of times have she done it without getting caught? Alyssa is a danger to the whole society.
My step children's mother got 3 DUI's in 90 days and she did 72 hours in jail and 5 years probation which is ridiculous because she also had my step children in the car the 2nd time but the police let her parents come get the kids and didn't charge her with child endangerment! My step son was 4 at the time and he said mommy candi I was so scared my mommy was driving in the grass. I hate how corrupt the system can be especially in small towns if you know the right people. But other people who get 3 DUI's even if they are years apart they go to state prison for 2 1/2-5 years.
I really hope everything worked out for Tiffany. .poor kid I felt sorry for her having nowhere to live..pregnant and cervical cancer...surely that jail has social workers who could have set something up for her.
inxs fansydney that’s a nice thought but not realistic in some cases. Many of these young ladies have burned their bridges with family and won’t try to repair them. The state is not responsible for housing you after release from jail. Social services can supply contact numbers but that’s about they can do.
Let me get this straight... The black girl armed rob a place and they said she could get 30 years but got 2 years with a possibility of getting out in 1 year but all the women who did smaller shit and could face up to a year in prison actually get a full year without any type of chance or early release ? My god that pretty much sounds like your better off committing horrible crimes as to oppose smaller petty ones.
Liberal judges= liberal sentences. Sadly 2 judges with court rooms next to each other can have identical cases and deliver astonishingly different sentences. The leeway judges have on sentencing is a serious problem and they need to be much more limited in the severity they can choose. Parole boards also should all be fired because they give early release based on a person "not likely to re-offend" yet there is an 83% recidivism rate for violent offenders. If you were wrong 83% of the time at your job wouldn't you be fired?
Depends on your background/history. You have no record there is a chance for a lighter sentence. You a violent felon with multiple charges every time you get a chance to get out they aint gonna show any mercy
You dont get in trouble for a traffic violation lmfao have you ever been on probation? Ppl fck up bc of relapse or oi ming up another charge that doesnt include tickets n shit
Probation is almost a continuation of prison it’s so difficult. You really have to completely change your life and become a nun. But it cuts your prison time.
they have a law that makes you wear your seatbelt in a car , but there is no laws regarding tobacco or alcohol... they wanna tell you how to run your life with a seatbelt and a ticket , but alcohol would never be unlawful because the government makes too much money on alcohol... fucked up society.. selling alcohol and tobacco is much more harmful to humans than not wearing a seatbelt
I agree with you that alcohol and tobacco use is a serious social problem. However, they tried making alcohol illegal once before in 1920. There was a constitutional amendment that prohibited selling and using alcohol. Google "prohibition" for more details. Eventually it had to be repealed in 1933. One reason was that the criminal element took over and start supplying bootleg alcohol when it was made illegal, sort of like the current war on drugs. As long as people want to use the stuff and will pay for it someone else will supply it. You have to deal with all these social problems in other ways, like having stronger and less dysfunctional families and better communities. Trying to solve social problems by passing laws doesn't work. All it does is to ruin lives and fill up the jails.
@@hillorykays4873 The amounts were ridiculous, the fact the amounts changed were too. If the entire office had access to a cash drawer or they were switching out tills would matter but it spoke volumes to me her Mom put her house up for attorney's fees. I'm sure there had to be video footage of her taking large amounts that weren't later deposited into the business account and/or forging checks that cleared her account in order for these charges to be pinned on her only. She sure didn't seem the type when even using a law library seemed a tasks for her.
Bc some people dont realize that and were told they had one or the other. Just like brand name meds and generic name. Benadryl is diphenhydramine but some people have only been told they are allergic to benadryl.

What kind of mom? A mom that is finally tired of dealing with her kids shit, and has decided that it's time for her little bitch kid to grow the fuck up.
A Amen! Their parent's have failed. These young kids find "families" in jail or prison. Until society changes and parent's do proper, and the system is not out for money, it will only get worse.
"I entered into the cell, grabbed the individuals left arm and escorted her to the ground." So if he threw an uppercut and TKO'D her, in his mind would that still be escorting her to the ground? Lmao
I always told my kids not to get on the prison/state merry-go-round because it's almost impossible to get off. Once you go on probation you'll probably get busted for some little thing, like smoking a joint, and off you go again. You get 6 months for breaking probation and maybe you get a speeding ticket for going 10 MPH over the speed limit. You've got a $350 fine that has to be paid now which you don't have the money to pay. Back in jail again until you break another probation rule and then you're off again. You can never get caught up and so you're in a revolving door of crime. This is how we keep our cities and towns funded, by fines, and we also keep all those prison cells filled. We built 2 million cells, more than the rest of the world combined. This system does not work. It is broken. Stop the wholesale warehousing of prisoners. They just go to jail now to learn how to be better criminals.
That mom who called police on her daughter is crazy! Just imagine destroying ur kid life like that and be the reason for them to have a permanent criminal record because they had a fight with a spelling! She should not have kids in the first place If she was going to be the reason destroying their life in this way!
there is no crime for verbal abuse... which is as bad as physical abuse...this is how alot of violence happens. until the phsycological abuse is criminalized then youll always have these problems
Courts won't be able to. Its constitutional rights freedom speech. Its not ok to verbally assault ppl. But they will never be able to successfully prosecute it.
LOL sounds like you have no idea what probation actually is. It's not just "don't commit any other crimes" they can add anything they want to the stipulations of your probation. Things like losing your job, losing your place to live, not having the money for the outrageous probation fees, not coming home by a certain time, getting a traffic ticket, drinking a beer, being around your own family members who happen to have previous criminal records, being 15 mins late for your meeting with your probation officer, are all things that are probation violations and will get you sent back to jail. The system is designed to trap people and make $$, not make it easy for them to complete.

Myzz Laydee you’re gonna call them a liar or question someone who was in the jail just because you’re watching a video of parts they want you to see? This looks easy to be in than most jails. I would believe the one who lived there and not question her just saying
@@misterreal9620 I went here as well. They're filming the part she's talking about, and you are free the majority of the time. It wasn't that bad, and it's also clean. We got out own showers, and were able to smoke outside like she said.
There has to be more to the story about the chic getting arrested for a "brother&sister fight" because if that was the case I would've gotten life at 9!
"Any mental health disorders? Schizophrenia, bipolar, manic depression?"... that officer does realise that bipolar and manic depression are the same thing, right? The lack of training surrounding mental health for officers, especially in prisons, astounds me since so many offenders have mental health issues.
Real talk it should be illegal to have male guards in a female jail and female guards in a male jail, examples, male guards restraing a female inmate could cause the lady to hurt them and when the female guard told the male inmates to stop drawing attention to the female inmate one of the male inmates would be like "shut up bitch" and then sexually assault her.
Chris Crowther oh come on...... Can anyone win in this situation? Female officers with female inmates. Male guards with male inmates. What about bullying, bitchy female officers or male officers, who want an ego boost to play 'the man in charge'? I am sure the police and correctional officers have a code of conduct and are employed by a company, that encourages equal opportunity for all. This situation is so desperate for all, guards, inmates and all concerned. Just a thought from Oz xxx
not true of course..and why blame the police when the family were the ones that contacted police..what do you expect the latter to do..tell the parents to feck off?
Some of the time they'll drop your charge to a misdemeanor with a battery charge, which they did with me but its better to take the plea then go to trial especially if you have a public defender. I feel bad for Tiffany with no where to go an no medical care. Atleast your somewhat looked after in jail medically and have a place to sleep & food to eat.

My mother said something similar to me a while ago. She was a boss before she retired. She said "I'd rather work with 100 men than 6 women".
I mean, keyword here is boss. You’re less likely to be stalked and harassed when you’re the one in control of someone’s paycheck. I got a friend who was stalked, followed and eventually physically corned by a 60 year old married man who wanted to sleep with her. She was in her 20s. Depending on the situation, I’d rather work with 100 women than 100 men.
people kill me, they got to jail and get upset because it's not a country club.
I know they act like they thought it was going to be like a fucking 5 star hotel. I laugh at how stupid people are.
Yes but jail should still be humane, no one and i mean NO ONE shouldn’t be out of toilet paper to wipe their ass and have no access to toiletries so you just bleed on yourself
This is not jail it’s county, midnight express learn to read laws please or don’t breed
midnight Express Yep Very little sympatathy for them
I was denied toilet paper for an entire shift after being unfairly put in solitary on suicide watch because the guard was that bad. I was there to begin with because I got drugged while at my job. The justice system is definitely not fair.
29:00 just goes to show that even in jail you can find humanity. even some coworkers/friends/family you’ve known for years won’t remember your bday or make you a cake.
The US seem to jail people for the tiniest things. Here in Australia its alot lighter sentences even murders most only get 25 yrs or less

Yeah usually I have sympathy for the women but not her.

I really hope everything worked out for Tiffany. .poor kid I felt sorry for her having nowhere to live..pregnant and cervical cancer...surely that jail has social workers who could have set something up for her.

Ty! I was just thinking as I watched that I wish I had a car to pick her up and take her where she needed to go!😢
They don't have anything like that no social or no counselors you can forget it cuz they only want to incarcerate you
inxs fansydney that’s a nice thought but not realistic in some cases. Many of these young ladies have burned their bridges with family and won’t try to repair them. The state is not responsible for housing you after release from jail. Social services can supply contact numbers but that’s about they can do.
Back to the old game, “ blame the other guy!!

Pay or they'll jail you and profit from that. Prisoners for profit. Been wanting to move . . .
Did you move yet?
Capt Hicks was spot on! She's got good insight.
they have a law that makes you wear your seatbelt in a car , but there is no laws regarding tobacco or alcohol... they wanna tell you how to run your life with a seatbelt and a ticket , but alcohol would never be unlawful because the government makes too much money on alcohol... fucked up society.. selling alcohol and tobacco is much more harmful to humans than not wearing a seatbelt
All it does is to ruin lives and fill up the jails.
truth betold rotten society america the brutal,
They tried to outlaw alcohol....remember prohibition? It didn't work

Thank you for your time to respond if you know anything. 🙂
Prayers to everyone being abused 🙏🤍
That mom who called police on her daughter is crazy! Just imagine destroying ur kid life like that and be the reason for them to have a permanent criminal record because they had a fight with a spelling! there is no crime for verbal abuse... which is as bad as physical abuse...this is how alot of violence happens. until the phsycological abuse is criminalized then youll always have these problems
Courts won't be able to. Its constitutional rights freedom speech. Its not ok to verbally assault ppl. But they will never be able to successfully prosecute it.
There's a lot of tragedy out there. Very sad.
It is SERIOUSLY not hard to NOT violate probation.
Lol... just behave! My god!
