You have motivated me a lot I have a small place on my terrace made to practice on my own in quarantine and i do ur drills GREAT WORK ! im from Maldives btw
That is brilliant work 🔥🤙 I play football aswell so I know how effective this is. I actually don’t have a personal trainer like this, but I have club training everyday and a couple of hours before training I do cone dribbling drills that I learned from your videos for about 2 hours. I’m definitely going to contact some good coach in my area to organise training sessions like these. After all I could literally do this day and night everyday. Great video, hoping to see more videos like these soon. 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪
Sorry i was late to watch the video i was training also thank you 7mlc for keeping me motivated because just 3 months ago i didnt want to play football anymore but now ive had a fresh start and im super committed everyday to training
@@imlisunepao5941 yeah brother, if you watch enough of his videos, he usually starts off explaining some things. He's got the English accent. Not that it matters at all - he's an all around great guy, great athlete and teacher.
Yo guys I need help. Im gonna leave this copy and pasted on every football video I watch to increase my chances of people seeing this and helping me: I am joining my first football club age 15, I have never played for a club before, however I play football occasionally at school and I watch football matches all the time. I have no idea what position I should play so I will put a description of my build, strengths and weaknesses below and hopefully someone who is more experienced will be able to help me: Build: I'm 5'11 which is quite tall for my age I've got decent stamina, I can run 5k in 21mins 46secs (pb) I'm relatively strong but not as strong as I look I'm 70kg I'm pretty average when it comes to speed and pace Strengths: I'm quite good at shooting I'm brilliant at making crosses I can juggle very well, 311 is my record Relatively good first touch, not brilliant though Good work ethic and mindset, I wake up at 6:00 every day and train, I am always willing to make sacrifices and improve myself as a player I can pass well when I have space Weaknesses: I am not good at passing etc in tight spaces and intense situations I can do a few skills but nothing crazy, in 1 v 1s I can buy myself enough time and space to make a shot or cross Not brilliant acceleration and agility but I can reach the same top speeds as most other players First touch finishing i find quite difficult I'm not great at dribbling like someone like iniesta or hazard or who ever, I cannot weave in and out of players like they can If someone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated and I can also discuss more in the comments
Is a Better ti train LIKE a package so (passing Shooting dribbling fitness) together ,or just focus on one thing like shooting today passing tomorrow and so on...
there's no way he'll be able to tell you that. he hasn't seen you play so he doesn't know anything about you. make sure you always practice the fundamentals of football
Raf Ganzon personally what i would do is gym three times a week. Mon wed fri. Doing the 3 compound lifts. Bench, squat, deadlift. With soccer in all week except the day you do legs. Than sun or sat rest day.
Raf Ganzon I would recommend making a schedule for one day, starting with a good sleep schedule, waking up early, basic exercise throughout the day. There should be at least one time where you practice one aspect of football, and switch that out each day. That may be hard to understand so I’ll share with you my schedule and how I rotate it. I have seven days where I rotate different parts of football to practice. It goes in this order, but sometimes I will skip to other aspects if I notice that I need to work on them. 1-Speed 2-Dribbling 3-Ball control 4-Stamina 5-Passing/Touch 6-Shooting 7-Stretching/Brain I have exercises and drills for each aspect and do them when the time and day comes when I practice that. I have either one or two parts to practice. Here is my schedule: 5:20 AM - Wake up 5:35 AM Run 6:30 push-ups 7:30 push-ups 8:00 practice specific aspect, first part Other basic core exercises 10:45 Practice ball control. I do this everyday 12:45 Second part of training for the day. It’s tough but effective and I get the second half of the day to relax since I got it done by 2:30. Hope this helps
Great session! First touch is probably the most important skill for footballers, regardless of position and it is crucial to practice this everyday. It would mean a lot if you guys checked out my channel, I even posted a first touch workout for you to try. ⚽️ 💪 ✌️
