Roasted tomatoes are typical of the Mediterranean diet. A dish to take alone or to serve as a side dish.
Few calories, little fat, lots of vitamins, and lots of flavor!
Preparing some tomatoes to roast in the oven takes 5 minutes. Then the oven works for you.
Ingredients so that your roasted tomatoes are delicious.
-1 kg of medium tomatoes.
-3 garlic cloves.
-Cured cheese powder (Parmesan type).
-Sweet paprika. (Substitute for a pinch of sugar)
-Salt.
-Pepper.
-Thyme or rosemary.
-Fresh parsley or basil.
-Extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the tomatoes in half. For large tomatoes, cut into 3 equal slices.
Season the tomatoes like I do in the video.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C - 356 ° F.
