Astraea Thank You!!! All your readings lately have resonated with me. While on my lunch I was meditating and the company I have worked for 27yrs wrongfully terminated accusing me of sleeping. This one area manager is misusing his power against union employees as well as the management he supervises. I have been dealing with this since 1/8/24. My 3rd step hearing took place on 12/19/24 and still have not heard the outcome. In my 27yrs I have NEVER been on any type of discipline whether it was performance or dependability. Impeccable history with the company. It is just surreal that I am sitting in this position fighting for something that was wrongfully taken away abruptly.
