About the SSB AVP, that was because WOIO (the station you were recording) is owned by Gray; most Gray stations (including this), as well as the CBS News and Stations group, show this AVP once a day (between 4 and 6am, or maybe as late as 7am on some weekends for others). Gray only carries the generic version, with just the corporate and station logo as an indicator; CBS-owned properties, meanwhile, has local sceneries place in between the generics (incl. the endtag, showing the legal ID).
