So, the popular Chinese translation 大手印 is wrong and misleading. It should be 大印 not some kind of 手印. Then one will find that in 占察善恶业报经 there is full teaching on 一实境界 which is so directly pointing to the same thing.

I experienced the channels and winds activity of Mahamudra as described. it all happened spontaneously while meditating on the fontanelle gathering all atention there. its the sahajayana abadhut way.

Я так понимаю что это вхождение в поток пустотности, т е реализация пустотности, когда Ум видит сам себя как изначальную сияющую пустоту и объекты вокруг как составные, это выход за пределы концепций и цепляний.
И когда йогин постигает умом равностность самсары и нирваны через союз пустотности и блаженства. Проникает в Самсару и нирвану одновременно посредством реализации пустоты сияющего ума.
- И сансара, и нирвана возникают в уме. Сущность твоего ума - изначальная мудрость. Потому нет никаких ступеней постижения: всё происходит в уме.

Yes, it is a coincidence.
I think it may not be a coincidence. There was some amount of interaction between Hindus Buddhists and Islam and I even learned recently about some Islamic mystics studying and practicing Tantra a thousand years ago in India so I wouldn't be surprised to find a connection between the two terms.
There is nothing that’s not sealed. That’s mahamudra.
