  • When your pressure washer starts losing water pressure it may need adjusting. There is an adjustment screw or bolt on the water pump. This adjustment will work on any pressure washer.

    This "almost" helped me with my Ryobi Washer very low pressure. I wish you would have showed WHICH WAY you were turning that adjuster nut as you were decreasing/increasing pressure.

      turn it to the right for more pressure and to the left for less pressure, Thanks for asking and thanks for watching

    You may have a stopped up pressure valve, if you can take it the pressure nut and spring all the way loose, NOT OFF, and see if the engine die when you pull the trigger. Then you probably have a stopped up valve. or pump

      or a froze up pump from using the wrong chemical

    not 100% clear to me. I assume you are increasing pressure by turning large 15 m hex cw. don't you have to hold centre threaded rod so big nut threads on it? can't do that using a socket over everything. then locking in place by getting the little nut on tight, again while holding threaded rod.

    What about the nut falling off at 1:32? Isn’t that important?

    Hi i got a pressure washer that starts right up but the pressure that comes out from the gun is to low and when i squeeze the triger it shut off any idea what could it be?? I did the oil change,spark plug,add new gas,new air filter

    • @dustyguy
      @dustyguy  2 года назад +1

      If you can find the pressure valve and back the nut out start it up and adjust the pressure nut higher a little at a time and pull the trigger see if it changes the pressure. If that doesn't help let me check mine and see if I see anything tomorrow

    What if you throttle too high for your pump??

    • @dustyguy
      @dustyguy  3 года назад +1

      I would not tighten the pressure nut too much. You will be able to tell if you have the pressure set to high because the engine will start to bog down. If it does back off the adjustment screw
