- Sharing how to remove your self tanner or spray tan at home with two products. If you tan regularly like me, you'll definitely want to watch this so you can prep your skin and get the best results from your self tanner. Since I've been using the Olay moisture ribbons body wash my skin feels so much softer. After exfoliating using this method my tans look more even and I swear they last longer.

U can also use baby oil to remove Self Tanner . Rub some on yr skin & leave it on for 10-15 minutes , wash with Body Wash or a mild soap using exfoliating gloves then rinse with warm not hot water. Yr skin will be tan free, silky smooth & ready for a new application of tanner.
Yes oil is the enemy of fake tan. You can also use the spray sunscreen that stuff is realky oily too.
Would that work with sunflower oil or olive oil too? I dont have any babyoil at home right now

what fake tan do you use to be this dark ? it looks so good
I fake tanned my legs,and it was horrible,the next day I used a wet exfoliating glove and put a lot of body wash on it and scrubbed my legs,,it came off in a couple minutes,,what great idea that really worked.thank you
do you have any extensions in with the shorter hair to add volume or is this just all your hair? so cute! I would love to go to habit salon in AZ!
Does this also work right after you put on the self tan? Because mine just turned out EXTREMELY patchy and tomorrow I have an important appointment where I want to wear a dress for and therefor I want all the patches go away/ my self tan. Please answer!!

I use coco and eve tan or Bondi sands but after 4 days it goes very patchy. I shower, rub soap all over my skin, exfoliate my whole skin, but it still doesn't all come off I end up with patches of tan stuck on me for days and my skin is red roar from all the scrubbing. I even tried bondi sands tan eraser, it gets of some tan but not all. Really puts me off tanning.
I know this comment was 1 year ago this is the exact same problem with me I use Bondi sands liquid gold went patchy as well I try everything didn’t work idk what to do
@@kellygardner7657 I now use B-perfect tan. Came to the conclusion that all tans itch my skin and only last around 4 days but the b-perfect is good does not leave sweat tan lines on my neck like other tans. I wear bondi sands tan eraser for 20-30 minutes on day 5 and it comes off quite easy with a hot flannel.

I’m sorry this comment is a year old but! I noticed i had the same issue with the coco and Eve with the patchiness i found out that if you apply lotion on the areas you do see the patchiness appears it really helps to not be patchy!

You can get oil based tans it was probably that 🤪😂just keep washing your face and it'll dye down

I don't know if you have a lush store in your area but I find that a bath bomb from there, specifically the pink fairy one strips the tan off. I found this out by accident 😂 I wanted to keep my tan on.

My tan USED TO come off relatively easy just by scrubbing with something exfoliating.. but not anymore lol. Literally the reason I’m here and searched “how to remove fake tan.” It just won’t come off anymore for SHIT! And I HAVE to take it all off to reapply it like twice a month cause my cracks etc no matter what😊
Im lucky enough to have a hot tub and sauna because soaking and sweat really helps it sluogh right off

What tan did you have on before removing it? The color was so dark I can’t seem to find one that makes much of a difference!
I used Loving Tan in the ultra dark. I had applied it a few times over a few weeks that why it was so dark and coming off in patches lol

How do you keep your towels from getting ruined by your tan? Or is there no transfer when you're drying off?
When I exfoliate like this there isn't any transfer. But if I'm just showing like normal the tan will transfer a little. I just wash the towels with Oxiclean white revive and they always come out like new again.

What if you already have a base tan, but the underside of your arms is a lot paler? Is there any way to get an even self tan then?
If I have any light spots like they I just go in with a flat top makeup brush and brush it on the light areas and blend it into the tan. Usually that works for me. Hope that helps!!

Baking soda.. just make it a paste with some water and swirl it around on your face. It’s the best exfoliated I’ve found and helps your skin so much, especially on the face

I’m a dude who’s white as could be. A whole bottle of spray tan spilled along my arms at work today. I didn’t notice it stain. Then I went to a fancy fancy retirement meal. Got home at 10pm and noticed my arms had patches of black skin and drip lines. It looked sooo stupid.
